Yes @PGS11 to be a Christian one must believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Yeshua. From the heart. And Yahavah sees the heart and knows those whom are his. I don’t think there is some kind of test we have to pass.

Believe in the Son whom was risen and sent by God and with this people will tend to love God and love their neighbor as theirselves which is all a merit to Yeshua within us and not a credit to our own self.

O Greatly Merciful God, Infinite Goodness, today all mankind calls out from the abyss of its misery to Your mercy — to Your compassion, O God; and it is with its mighty voice of misery that it cries out. Gracious God, do not reject the prayer of this earth's exiles! O Lord, Goodness beyond our understanding, Who are acquainted with our misery through and through, and know that by our own power we cannot ascend to You, we implore You: anticipate us with Your grace and keep on increasing Your mercy in us, that we may faithfully do Your holy will all through our life and at death's hour. Let the omnipotence of Your mercy shield us from the darts of our salvation’s enemies, that we may with confidence, as Your children, await Your [Son’s] final coming — that day known to You alone. And we expect to obtain everything promised us by Jesus in spite of all our wretchedness. For Jesus is our Hope: through His merciful Heart, as through an open gate, we pass through to Heaven

It all comes at a cost though. Many people don’t realize this. You know. God is not gonna be mocked, and people reap what they sow. It’s not the beliefs they may hold dear to themselves, it’s gonna be the reflection of the soul, the heart which Yahavah sees which is going to show true of whether a person did love God seeking him in faith and did they love their neighbor as themselves. There is a lot of subjective beliefs out there but the objective belief concerns the death, burial and resurrection.

Without resurrection there is no newness of life, spiritually.

Jesus is not a created being nowhere in the bible
Willful ignorance! Jesus is the son of God. Son's are created beings, by definition.
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Yes but the word was not Jesus!

God put his words into Jesus mouth. Having God's words in your mouth does not make you God.

I was thinking about what John may mean when he says the Word was God. I do believe the Word was God, and the Word becoming flesh, named Jesus was a showing reflection of Yahavahs heart. I do believe Jesus was rewarded for overcoming the things had endured and in the end sits with the Father on his Throne now. That is why I tend to say “Jesus became God.” Though many people believe this a false narrative? It was Jesus himself whom said he would sit on his Fathers through, showcasing the One God, on the throne in Revelation 4.

Not that many people care; and of they are disturbed, or they seem to they have a need to try to correct my thinking.

I believe we will see Jesus, when we get to Heaven as the one on the throne.

“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭3‬:‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

While these are things I think have happened and are showcased, these aren’t the merits I’ll be judged over and on. It will be, simply. Did I have faith and did I love. It will be the same for everyone else.

So idk why people get so brittle and bent out of shape of just seeing these things as they are.
IDOLATRY.

A trinitarian told me John 1:1 is the best evidence for Jesus being God. I agree, it is the best evidence and still does not support the trinity at all because Jesus is not the word. Rather, the word of God was put in his mouth. This explains why Jesus said at John 12:49-50 (NLT)
49 I don’t speak on my own authority. The Father who sent me has commanded me what to say and how to say it. 50 And I know his commands lead to eternal life; so I say whatever the Father tells me to say.”

A couple of interesting points:
  1. Jesus does not speak on his own authority. Not something God would say.
  2. Jesus is told not only what to say but how to say it. Like an angel, this shows Jesus' function is a messanger, as all prophets are, speaking the words of God.
  3. Jesus departs from the famous claim that he is the way, the truth and the life here, saying instead that it is God's commands that lead to eternal life.
  4. And that eternal life obtained by obeying God's commands also applies to Jesus for he explains that is why (that is so the reason) he says whatever God the Father tells him to say.
As a man, Jesus following God's will unto death on a cross, taking away the sins of the world is awe inspiring. God incarnate only appearing to die but not really has no theological significance at all.

Right, he will do, not did do! You cannot grasp how this does not refute what I said. Speaking figuratively of a temple, he says he will raise it up. This is NOT the same as him speaking literally, that he actually in the past did raise himself. Therefore, my statement stands correct.
That is how you understand it, not me ... and so here we are ... again.

To be separate from the world is to be set apart and not act as the world acts, to refrain from immoral acts that the world engages in, and to love our neighbor as ourselves, to be surely grounded in the Truth of God's Word and obedient to His Commandments.
Jesus said a new commandment He gives us. 1- to Love God and 2- to love our neighbors as ourselves. In obeying these Commandments we have fulfilled all the Jewish laws of Moses.
John indeed recaps on the VERY COMMANDMENT .
TO BELEIVE , TO BELEIVE JESUS IS THE CHRIST and to LOVE one another .
Let us all take heed about that there BELEIVE JESUS IS THE CHRIST part
cause if one does not that , ITS ALL IN VAIN and they have only and know only the love that cometh of the world .

If you look at the three faiths Islam Judaism and Christianity Islam and Judaism do not come up with a solution for the fall of mankind in Christianity Jesus is the solution for the fall of humanity.I will add both Judaism and Islam are waiting for Jesus to come - Judaism as their Savior who has yet to show up for them and also in Islam to fight the final battle against Satan . So when Jesus shows up all three come to their conclusion and that's not a coincident.

I believe Jesus is the way, the life and the truth. He was risen again on the third day by the Holy Spirit of God.

You are confused. Jesus died. Proving he is neither eternal nor any kind of God. Nothing in Scripture says Jesus has an eternal nature or is God.

Do you know ‘the son of God’ is not an equivalent expression to ‘God the son.’ Notice the missing pesky OF?
John 10:18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”

Jesus died, but unlike us he gave his life and took it up again. We can die, but we cannot come to life again.

Jesus identifies with God John 10: 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.

Only God can do what Jesus did.

You ever think sometimes Yahavah is speaking through the fleshly man Jesus, whom is also divine having come from above?

Therefore, God did raise his Son up again. Cool.

Acts 2:32 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it.

The notion doesn’t matter to me. Many people just agree with the majority collective where as I tend to go against the grain.

What matters is faith… not our overbearing knowledge or the majority collectively.

Each person who faithfully seeks after Yahavah has their own personal subjectively lived life.

And no man can get in between that unless they allow it.

We can die, but we cannot come to life again.
Neither could Jesus. That's why the Bible repeatedly and explicitly says that God raised Jesus from the dead.

The verses you quote only mean that Jesus voluntarily submitted to the Cross. This is also stated in different ways. It doesn't mean Jesus was God.

Only God can do what Jesus did.
What verse says this?

This line of thinking is what I call back door rationalization to overcome the explicit teachings of the Bible. The Bible says over and over again that the Father is the only true God. For some reason, this is not good enough for trinitarians. So, you invent all manner of eisegesis and suppositions like: Jesus did X; only God can do X. Ergo, Jesus is God and the Bible is wrong.

In today's devotional reading in 1 Samual 12:18, it thundered and rained causing the people to fear God and Samuel. This is analogous to Jesus stopping the wind. Does this make Samuel God, if not, why not?

But knowing Him is key, otherwise who do you have faith in, need to think that thru..
