Acts 9:1-2
Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest and asked him for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any there who belonged to the Way, whether men or women, he might take them as prisoners to Jerusalem.

Murderous threats are not the same as murder and anybody who thinks so doesn't really understand the English language.

Acts 2:22-23

Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.

It was actually the Romans who drove the nails into His hands and feet.

Why do you think they took Him to Pilate?

Joh 18:31 Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:

The context was about being under Roman law, which Pilate knew.

God is the origin of all life.

In fact, God is life.

God has always existed.

Therefore life has always existed

because God is the origin of life.
Nice tautology. If God has always existed, and God is life, then life can have to origin.

God did not create Himself.

Therefore God did not create life.

It always existed.

Because God always existed.

God is a Spirit.
John 4-24 :God is a Spirit:

The Spirit of Life.

God did not create Himself.

Therefore God hence the Spirit of Life has always existed.
So far, so good.

Therefore God is the origin of all life.
No, life can have no origin.

Note*** There are no dead spirits.

God did not make Himself come alive.

Is God the Father of all spirits?
Yep.
