Do you believe if healthcare was free that you would actually get the care you need in that set up? Just because its free does not garentee you care. Ever hear the horror stories of this free care?
If not look to Canada and the UK.

There are none.
And it's getting worse till the end comes.
It's all in scripture.
Very soon by all accounts....”the end” will come......but it will not bode well for those who have supported the corrupt kingdoms of man...only those loyal to the Kingdom of God will be granted a pass....

What is sad is that none of us had to endure the trials and suffering of this life......which is the result of the original rebellion.
A simple act of loyalty could have spared us all, even if Eve had still been deceived, and eaten the fruit representing God’s Sovereignty over his creation.

Sin came through the man...not the woman.... (Ron 5:12) do you know why?

i lived in Europe (Germany) 5 years, they get payed more, work less and get 2 months vacation a year. plus shopping for food in germany is like shopping at the all natural grocery story here which you pay more.
i also dont understand what housing has to do with paying $50 dollars for 2 small bags of groceries that should cost 10. if your mortgage is $500 or 1500 your still over paying $40 for the food
If you select Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway or maybe Germany, they may get paid more or be on par. That is why I said "low income countries in Europe".

My posting was intended as irony. If you read the link, it has an example of a Canadian will need to wait over a year just to obtain a an ultrasound.

Blessings.
Canada or UK are not the only countries with socialized healthcare though. Looking solely at countries which are generally in problems is not motivating, of course. Canada has specific issues, like too few medical workers and too high inflow of immigrants. And it is a big country with low density of population. Put it together and of course, it will not be easy to make it as successful like for example in Austria, Finland or Poland.

The "horror stories" from the US are also plenty and seem to be worse (people in serious conditions afraid to call an ambulance or to go to a doctor, people becoming homeless because of medical bills...).

And you can always pay a private healthcare if you want, in a country with free public healthcare. You are not forced to rely on the free one only, if you live somewhere where you can not get it soon enough. A private clinic ultrasound costs from 150 CAD.
