Sorry to have disturbed your peace. If a writing is inspired by God like our scriptures, it has a message or messages from God for people. But... people are only able to hear [understand] God's message when and if it is interpreted to them the Holy Spirit. That people receive no message from scripture read/heard or a mixed message [partially true & partially not] could mean that they cannot hear God or they are quenching the Spirit.
Mixed messages are likely one reason we have hundreds and thousands of churches endorsing often very contradictory beliefs...
People in too many of these church groups regularly practice quenching the Holy Spirit and as a result fail to hear from God at all or received a mixed message.
