I just wanted to say Hi to everyone... I live in Oklahoma... I am married and have 5 grown kids (5 grandkids also) I graduated from Oklahoma Baptist Univ. way back in 81 with a B.A. in Religion. I got about 75 additional hours at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I pastored a few little churches and was a Chaplain at a Funeral home for about 15 years. Right now I am just going to a non-demoniational church when I can and am working as an armed security guard. I have a lot of free time while at work to surf the net for news and also to read books and such. I consider myself protestant and my most cherished belief is that Salvation is by grace alone, Justification is by faith alone in Christ alone... and that when you become a believer the Holy Spirit indwells you and never leaves you but will work in your life to make you a more faithful follower of Jesus. I am moderately Calvinistic in several ways. I ride a Honda VTX 1300 Retro motorcycle. (thus the name Classic Rider which I use on a motorcycle forum) My kids and I used to be in a Christian rock band called Great Awakening and then later New Creature. We played concerts all around Oklahoma and even got played on the local radio a handful of times. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read a little about me.
