Nephilim are mentioned twice in the Bible. The first time was in Genesis 6:

4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
Presumably, they were extinguished in Genesis 7:

23 Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.
Nephilim reappeared in Numbers 13:

33 We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.
Presumably, they made a reappearance the second time as they did the first time when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them.

Nephilim are mentioned twice in the Bible. The first time was in Genesis 6:4
“The Nephʹi·lim were on the earth in those days and afterward. During that time the sons of the true God continued to have relations with the daughters of men, and these bore sons to them. They were the mighty ones of old times, the men of fame.”

Yes, “mighty ones of old times, men of fame”....what were they famous for? Their aberrant behavior.
Presumably, they were extinguished in Genesis 7:
Yes, they were completely destroyed in the flood...nothing outside of the ark that was an air breather, lived.

“So all living creatures that were moving on the earth perished—the flying creatures, the domestic animals, the wild animals, the swarming creatures, and all mankind. 22 Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. 23 So He wiped every living thing from the surface of the earth, including man, animals, creeping animals, and the flying creatures of the sky. They were all wiped off the earth; only Noah and those with him in the ark survived.” (Gen 7:21-23)

The Nephilim were not sons of Adam, and had no right to exist....therefore they were eliminated from existence. Since they were hybrid creatures (sterile) they themselves left no offspring. They were unusually large and strong with a violent and licentious disposition.....their awful influence on mankind had to be stopped.
Nephilim reappeared in Numbers 13:33...
We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.
This was the response of the faithless spies sent out by Moses to check out the Promised Land and to report back, bringing some of its fruitage. They said that Land was good, but some of the inhabitants made them afraid because they looked like the Nephilim.

Since the word “Nephilim” simply means “giants” or “those who cause other to fall”.....these were “men of extraordinary size”, but it doesn’t mean that the ones mentioned before the flood are the same as those mentioned in Numbers. The sons of Anak were simply a race of very tall individuals. None of the Nephilim survived the flood, so the Bible is crystal clear about that......(Genesis 7:21-23)

The rebel angels who went after the daughters of men in Noah’s day, were punished by God with restraints that did not allow them to ever materialise again. So there is no way for those mentioned in Numbers to be the same hybrid offspring of demon angels and humans in Noah’s day.
