Not sure where here is,Still $3.79 USD/gal here.
But it always takes longer for it to come down than to go up.
Personally It doesn't effect me one way or the other.

The website is saying $2.90 USD/gal in the Raleigh area. I don't know where they're hallucinating that. The lowest I saw on the street was $3.75 USD/gal.Not sure where here is,

Ziggy is trusting the website over people who actually have eyes on their local prices. The website is saying $2.90 USD/gal in the Raleigh area. I don't know where they're hallucinating that. The lowest I saw on the street was $3.75 USD/gal.

Southern California, 87 octane is now $5.20 USD Gallon a drop of about .30 cents in the past 2 weeks, Diesel $6.30 USD GallonIn my area at the moment petrol is
$1.55 per litre AUD (Australian dollars)
That's for 91 octane fuel. There is 95 and 98 octane but it's more expensive. Most people just use 91 octane
I think in America they use US gallons
1 US gallon = 3.785 litres
So for a US gallon it's $5.87 AUD
But the USD is worth more than the AUD
1 AUD = 0.71 USD
So a US gallon is $4.17 USD
How much is fuel in your area?
Out here in So Cal my brothers sister and brother in law did just that in like 2007-2008, a gutsy move in my opinion, they sold for like $900k at the peak of the market and bought a better home with a pool in the same neighborhood 2 years later for like $500k, they rented for 2 years for like $2k a month and walked away with like $350k profit, they timed the bubble perfect, and reinvested it to shelter against taxYea sell now for $500,000.
Rent for a while or buy an RV
The when the house get back down to $200,000, buy again.
