Believe the Word of God!! Don't add or subtract from it.
Romans: Chapter 10 verse 9-10-13 GOD SAYS=

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be Saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession
is made unto Salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be Saved.............

Ez 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put withi n you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

Titus 3:5 cannot be interpreted to be speaking of baptismal regeneration because 1 Peter 3:21 tells us that baptism does not accomplish the putting away of the filth of the flesh; as in washing of regeneration coming about by water.

Baptism is an outward sign of an inward grace sanctifying grace which makes us born again and a new creation baptismal regeneration! The church founded by Christ of Peter and the apostles has taught it for 2000 years consistently

Regeneration is through the Holy Spirit and "not by works of righteousness which we have done." (Titus 3:5 (kjv))

I didn't know you could teach a person how to be born again. That's equivalent to teaching someone to be born the first time. That's not in the control of the one being born. The Sovereignty of God determined that.

God determines that? So some are born again and some are not born again?

Yes, births are according to Gods purpose and time Ecc 3:1-2

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

Jn 3:16 the world refers to all, whosoever? All

If you say God saves some and not others that would be injustice.

In 15:1 abide in me and Jn 15:5 apart from me you can do nothing

Apostasy to deny Christ and thee faith

2 Timothy 2:12
If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
