This is one reason why. My goodness they are deceived and lost! There is ZERO chance that God's humble and faithful servant would EVER say such a thing. These apparitions are demonic and this is coming from a 50-year Catholic that once thought that the "Lady of Fatima" stuff was great. That was before I picked up a Bible.

As the Protestant church, with it's numerous denominations has flaws, so does the Catholic Church.
But God is merciful! False prophecies, false teachers, errors, lies and deceptions have been on Satan's agenda since Christ. "Confuse them, distract them", deceive them, let them focus on empty prayers and beliefs", ... anything that will work against the Gospel, our growth and fruitfulness . Getting Catholics to focus on the heart of Mary, rosary prayers is not evil per se, like following Hitler's commands to exterminate Jews. No, it's just keeping them preoccupied, dormant, unproductive. An empty prayer to Mary or the dead saints is one less prayer to the Father.
I can list hundreds of Satan's traps that Protestants fell into throughout Christiandom. Each one of us has sinned. Many in history have committed horrible crimes in the name of Christ. Yes, Satan hot a foothold we they got angry.
All that aside, our primary focus should be on Jesus, His blood sacrifice for us. We receive communion regularly to remind us of His Blood Covenant with us - that we all share.
Many of us in life drift off on a tangent, lose our way, get stagnant, but
Jesus comes and retrieves His sheep.
The Holy Spirit guides us through this cesspool of a world, and in the end, what matters is a relationship with God through Christ.
Do you think there's a perfect Church? Five of the Seven Churches of Revelation ( in the 1st century), needed to repent, had false prophets, false teachings, a cold heart, etc. Only Philadelphia and Symrna didn't get a rebuke to repent... or else. Likewise, today we see corruption in the Church, every one of them, because we are all sinners.
I went to a faithful church like Philadelphia - but it wasn't perfect. My Pastor used to remind us: "If you think your church is perfect, you better stop attending because you aren't - you'll only corrupt it".
Filter out all the junk we focus on: computers, money, selfish endeavors, pride, lust and our Savior remains there. He promised salvation if we believe in Him, He promised not to forsake us, He said no one will snatch you out of the Father's hand, He guaranteed this with His Blood Covenant, an eternal bond between us.
