@Sabertooth I think the wording: 'content with the idea of' would probably have been better than what I put in the title; as in the poll option.
(The poll is soon to close, BTW....)
@Pearl Thanks again, anyway; and as regards the men and boys that do it, it's often more for wearing the rugged studs and thick little rings that probably suit them more, anyhow.

I think I understand where @amadeus is coming from in post #17.
Earrings for men are fine depending on reason, but if a man is wearing dangle earrings.....
@Josho As per my comment in post #165: "as regards the men and boys that do it, it's often more for wearing the rugged studs and thick little rings".
( cc @Mayflower Maybe from experience, you would concur about the short rugged studs and thick little rings? )
