i think god cares more about sexual immorality then what he does tattoos.

God is Holy and he will judge and punish all unforgiven sin.
Ultimately the primary sin is to not accept Jesus as saviour. In rejecting Jesus one makes a mockery of his sacrifice and of his offer of forgiveness.
