If our interpretation of scripture sidesteps common sense, did we get it right?

More lies from you.

The false Gospel of = Universalism..... teaches the ( LIES) that you can DIE, never trusting in Christ, never forgiven your, never born again, and you still qualify for Heaven, after you are dead having died 'in your sins".... (John 8:24).

Its interesting that a "christian", would not understand why this Truth rejecting teaching is deeply Cross Rejecting = Satanic.

Translation: Only evangelicals are saved. (that's convenient)

You are not familar with this, we've noticed @St. SteVen
Check out this new topic about the salvation of the nations.

As it currently stands in the modern day, there is a nearly ubiquitous tendency—one that is almost entirely novel and out of step with the Biblical worldview—to flatten out all anthropological distinctions by presuming that the only categories of any meaningful significance are “humanity” in the generic universal sense, and “human beings” in the atomized individual sense. But this is simply untrue, especially from a Scriptural standpoint, in nearly every respect. For instance…

As it pertains to divine judgement:
When the Son of Man comes in his glory… all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate them [i.e., “the nations”] one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. […] From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.¹
As it pertains to discipleship and the preaching of the gospel:
All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and disciple all the nations, baptizing them [i.e., “the nations”] in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them [i.e., “the nations”] to observe all that I have commanded you. […] an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people.²
And as it pertains to the efficacious accomplishment and application of salvation:
The fullness of the nations [will] come in. […] All nations will come and worship you […] By [the New Jerusalem’s] light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring…into it the glory and the honor of the nations. […] The leaves of the tree [of life] were for the healing of the nations

Reader,

If you die never born again, then you have died unforgiven, and that is the unpardonable sin.
So, in this case...= The Cross of Christ was not applied to you by GOD, and it will never be after you die.
You will not go to heaven, and you can't be forgiven or born again in Hell.

Now, @St. SteVen ..... you have conveniently decided to choose to believe that noone goes to Hell.
(Surprise).
So, you are deceived to the Max, and all your efforts to find "cut and paste" theological arguments on the Internet, wont change the fact that the False Gospel of Universalism is one of Satan's Highway's to Hell.
It is in fact a "broad way that leads to destruction".

Again, that's not true. (depending on your definition of hell)

Actually, I believe everyone goes to hell.

Mark 9:49 NIV
Everyone will be salted with fire.

Malachi 3:2 NIV
But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears?
For he will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap.

The Hell the Bible explains is the one found at the end of a person's life who was never born again, never forgiven, while they were alive.

its the Hell that is found by dying under God's Wrath.

John 3:36

It's the place where eternal damnation is iniated immediately after a person who is not born again enter into after they die, that is the beginning of their eternity as their "2nd Death".

Its the same one the Jesus spoke about more then He spoke about Heaven.
Its the one that was "Prepared for the Devil and His angels" before Adam was created.
Its the same one that Jesus told you that its better to tear out your on eye then to go there.

There are no Christians found in Hell, and if a person is not forgiven and born again before they die, then Hell is their eternal destination, initially.

You make the Atonement of no effect.
just reading a few of your replies ..shows me how far off you really are
What was the purpose of the Atonement?
To save predestined evangelicals?
That's convenient.

for those to be saved and are saved ..i dont know where you got your garbage predestine theory at.. facts are ye must be born again after that we become a new creation. justified sanctified and glorified .. no church name/denom or water baptism saves we are justified by grace faith and the Blood.. some guy sitting in a booth saying your forgiven will NOT work born of the spirit . man has nothing to do with it other than ask for forgiveness from a true heart ..

does that help you? the catholic church or baptist Methodist Pentecostal, etc saves us
