I hope you don't think waking up late is a sin, when you say other than seems to imply.I didn't sin at all today other than waking up late.
over thinking things can invite enhanced emotions.

I have forgiven everyone who has trespassed against me. I have also given the utmost mercy and grace to others who have trespassed against me so by scripture if I confess my sins, He is faithful and just to forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness and blessed are the merciful for they shall be shown/given mercy so that means I am forgiven and will be shown mercy too because I have extended forgiveness and mercy to others but I still feel guilty and I want to repent but keep failing. I want God's tender loving care and mercy and understanding and grace... I also feel punished with a headache and anxiety I hope it will just go away soon.
First of all, make sure what you call sin against God, is actually said in Scripture to be sin against God. Remember, the devil also calls good, evil. He and men make up commandments, that only guilt trip the sheep. The sin I'm talking about today is not a really bad sin but it's something that's against God. I try not to go against it, but I kept failing. What do I do? I hope I don't get the wrong responses of evil or from those who think they're better than me. Thanks but I want help.
I confessed it to God and prayed but it doesn't seem to help. I feel guilty and punished.
Forgive and you will be forgiven
hmm, interesting. Dunno why you say OT tho, seems like plenty of NT examples for that? That is Old Testament Law.....under the New. Covenant of Grace we are Already Forgiven and we don’t Forgive because we “ have” to, we forgive because we “ want “ to.......the motivation being, “ if God can forgive a wretch like me, I should be able to forgive others”
not sure how...genuine this is, tbh; i generally want to kill offenders, and their mothers too! That is Old Testament Law.....under the New.
