Are new members allowed to use an image in the title of created blogs? If yes, how can i do so?

I don't believe you can embed an image into the heading title.

You can center/embed in the actual post.

I use ImgBB, if you have your own image you want to use.

I actually got help last month from a user who does it. I was able to get it done.
It just requires uploading the image, and saving the changes. The image will then show up.
