If sinless perfection is possible, what need is there for a saviour.

We've all sinned, so we need a Savior. What we need to do now is repent of our sin.

If one has the Holy Spirit within them , repenting from sin will become natural ....that would be a good thing .

Some VERY confused people think that one is Lost if he doesn't from ALL of his sins before he dies .....it’s what I used to deride as “ Lucky Repentance” .....this Erroneous “ Doctrine” has not reared it’s ugly head around here for some time....is it too soon to celebrate?

I agree. When we get to the place in our life only the Father's will matters to us then are we headed in the right direction.

......or do as Paul says—- go BOLDLY to the Throne Of Grace....

When we sin , we should do the same thing with it that God does—— Put it on the Cross.....and Leave it there...Thank God for His Grace and accept any Chastisement that may come your way....

The Lord told us to repent. He didn't say to repent when it was convenient to do so. I suspect most, if not all, excepting Jesus, have fallen a few times. When we fall, we repent again.

One wonders how we manage to argue so much when we agree.

We are saved but the Lord disciplines us. So I am always talking about repenting so we don't have to experience the Lord's discipline.

I am good with that....sorry for any misunderstandings.....I’m just so accustomed to seeing posts that say if you don't Repent Of all of your sins before you die, you are bound for Hell—— that is a False and Perverted Gospel ....I attack those that promote it , and I am proud to say that I have ran many of those “ Accursed” False Gospel peddlers out of more than one Forum.....” a little Leaven Leavens the whole batch”......

It could take time.....And it is NOT the definitive factor....
Paul’s test is that if you can say “ Jesus is Lord” you have the Holy Spirit within you......seems like the more we grow as Christians, there is a temptation to add the things that has happened in our Christian Walk forgetting that we were not “ fully formed” when we were first Saved .....I know that I am guilty of that sometimes....
