All who are bodily dead, regarding the resurrection on the Last Day in that hour, speaks nothing about where they are spiritually. This is in reference to them all being bodily raised from the dead. That is what the resurrection on the Last Day is about, raising all the dead, and them standing before God to be judged in a 'physical body', not a 'spiritual body'.
John 11:25
Jesus said to
her, “I am the resurrection and the life.
He who believes in Me, though
he may die,
he shall live.
John 6:47
Most assuredly, I say to you,
he who believes in Me has everlasting life.
John 5:24
“Most assuredly, I say to you,
he who hears My word and
believes in Him
who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
Living believers at the return are caught up to be with Him and given glorified bodies.
Not all believers die before the return of Christ.
The Last Day resurrection includes just and unjust together, their spirits put back into a physical body.
The just experience the resurrection to life and a glorified body.
The unjust experience the resurrection of condemnation and then to be cast into the lake of fire, they are not glorified together with Christ as they did not believe in Him and were judged unworthy of eternal life.
Only believers are judged worthy of eternal life, for the unbelieving, the wrath of God rests on them, and they go into eternal punishment.
But the righteous inherit the Kingdom of their Father.

Prophecy and the Parables
34 All these things Jesus spoke to the multitude in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them, 35 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:
“I will open My mouth in parables;
I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.”
The Parable of the Tares Explained
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”
37 He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked
one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
