okay this may sound weird, i have fallen in love with a tv character from a cartoon/anime, i dont want to say the name of who but i have really strong feelings for her, i have looked up anyone else who feels like this and lots say its normal to be attracted to characters, but mines more than physical attraction, am i in gods bad book for this?

No. God loves you. May I ask how old you are? You sound like you may be in your teens. What you need to do is stop watching that anime and get out. Go see friends, read your bible, get some Christian support. This will work as my son had a similar thing happen and now he is completely over it. If you have to completely cut out any avitivity that this anime character is on. Hope this helps. God bless you.

If it makes you feel any better, I fell in love with Dot Matrix from the computer animated series -- Reboot.That was back in the 90's. XD Its weird how you can fall in love with these tv characters.

Please realize I am not trying to judge you. I do understand that this love you have spoken of is very real. You asked a question and I was trying to answer it. I only put the example of my son in as I thought it may help you. You did not need to put who the anime character was as I never once asked you for it. If you don't want to know an answer why did you post the question? Before anime became popular people used to fall in love with film stars, singers, etc so it is just human nature to want to love something.

Hmm,it seems to be this is not something you should continue to watch. I would immediately stop this connection with the show. If it is more of a "physical attraction" I would count that as lust,lust were attracted normally by outside. So if you are lusting I see where it could be wrong. Do not let this get in you way of God. Read the bible and stop this anime show
