Isa 28:18 And your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it Isa 28:19 As often as it comes it will carry you away, morning after morning, by day and by night, it will sweep throughThe UNDERSTANDING OF THIS MESSAGE WILL BRING SHEER TERROR. 20.) " The bed is too short to stretch out on, the blanket to narrow to wrap around you." 21.) The Lord will rise up as he did at Mount Perazim, he will rouse himself as in the Valley of Gibeon--to do "HIS STRANGE WORK" and perform his task, HIS strange task.24.) When a farmer plows for planting, does he plow continually? Does he keep on breaking up and harrowing the soil? 25.)When he has leveled the surface does he now sow caraway seed, scatter cumin? Does he not plant wheat in its place? barley in its plot and spelt in its field26.) His God instructs him and teaches him the right way. 27.) Caraway is not threshed with a sledge, nor is a cartwheel rolled over cummin? Caraway is beaten out with a ROD and cummin with a STICK.28.) Grain must be GROUND to make BREAD. So, one does not go one threshing it forever. Though he drives the wheels of his threshing cart over it, His Horses do not grind it. 29,) All this also comes from the Lord Almighty, wonderful in counsel and magnificent in wisdom. God in his wisdom is describing the time of his ending this AGE of man, we have often read the wheat will be removed from the tares by the harvesters at the End of the AGE which is what verse 24 refers to. There is Caraway, which is Persian. Cumin is native to Arabic speaking Syria.Barley is a major animal feeding grain. We know that there will be many dead bodies left for the vultures to eat. Spelt (Triticum spelta) is a hexaploid species of wheat, a hybrid. the Spelt God appears to teach and instruct him directly the right way as verse 26 points out. IMHO I would say the Apostles are Spelt. We can only guess on this for God has hidden the complete meaning and to say we know for sure would not truthful. It could mean the Elect, the 1/3 that God is keeping out to go through the fire as Zechariah 13:9 tells us The Wheat must be ground as verse 28 speaks it to us. The time of tribulation we are ground to make bread, and we will. The Plowman is ready to complete what the farmer has started. The time of this prophecy is at hand. We will be seeing the hands of Persia, Iraq, Iran, all the Arabic speaking tribes of Ishmael's seed fulfilling the meaning of these verses in Isaiah. Then the Lord will come with his Rod who is Christ and beat them with Judah who I believe is HIS STICK, from verses I've read. For they are his chosen BOW, from BIRTH. The good news from this prophecy is that the Wheat has been made bread. What a beautiful promise this is for the Wheat. Vickie
