Just going to post this handful of scriptures here concerning Jesus being made sin and offering up himself once for us.

Speaking of these thing here also

Isaiah 53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

It says he needeth not daily do as the high priests here

Heb 7:27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins,
and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

He did the above once, since God made him to be sin for us

2 Cr 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation

I just had my mind blown! I read "I and the Father are One" and I was thinking of saying "but remember that Jesus is God 'crucified'!" and all of a sudden it hit me: Jesus and the Father are One and they are both crucified to each other.

Now Jesus said "My Father is greater than I", what that means in part, is that the Father is more crucified than Jesus is crucified (but that does not diminish that Jesus is crucified).

Like I said "mind blown"!

Abraham (the Father) who laid the wood (cross) on Isaac (the Son of promise) did walk together to the place he would be sacrificed

Gen 22:6 And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.

John 16:32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

Shows Jesus Christ there in a figure

Gen 22:6 And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.

Gen 22:7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son.
And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?

The law having shadow

Gen 22:8 And Abraham said, My Son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

John 1:36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

Romans 8:2 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

The son wants to be sacrificed more, the father wants to be sacrificed less.

Both have a yoke that grows, out of mercy.

What you've stated here is a 100% misconstruing of what I said. Idk how in the world you can interpret my words to mean this nonsense.

Jesus was SINLESS and SPOTLESS.

Hebrews 4:15, "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin."

Heb 9:14, "How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

1 Peter 1:18-19
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
This is correct TLHKAJ

Now inform me how Christ died to sin once and the life that he "now" lives is to God. Romans 6:10

You are missing a piece to the puzzle so to speak.

Keep searching!

I would rather say it is an example of how incorrect reasoning leads to absurd conclusions.

The Life God gave him can become yours.

Its the light of life

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Walk in the light as he is in the light

1 John 2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now

No! Don't you see? The crucifixion of the Father becomes the Son's; and the crucifixion of the Son, becomes the Father's.

They both approach the One Cross.

This is heresy. Don't try to invent something new, stick with the plain, explicit teachings of the New Testament and you will be safe.
