had 27c yesterday, but at least Autumn is slowly making its way in. Its really odd considering how low teh sun is in the sky.

Hope they get home soon the cow or calf, is mooing I think its thirsty....
That is nice that they can go to the children's games , I will be going to if its just
one or may be two..... but going for the whole day like today, wow I could not do that.
Well, the children will be busy when they get home, we have a horse 3 cows one is a café,
chickens , ducks , rabbits....... they have to feed and water them.......

We have been in need for 2 day's now....... Electricity has been off....... Oh...
It just came on a half hour ago. I quick washed some dishes, because they have been
piling up ...... with such a large family... that is so easy to do........

what a good feeling to hear the fridge on again........ wow......... I guess I better go
back now and do the pots and pans, eeeeeks

Yes I agree...how easily we just take "instant" heat, electricity , cooling , water, etc for granted.
Glad it is back on...and that your fridge is purring away happily again

One of the grand daughters is now making some kind of ice cream for tomorrow.

Im having a slow lazy start today..but as the sun is shining I think that I may go out and pull some weeds that are coming through, before they get longer roots. Sadly I no longer have the strength and endurance to be out there for hours at a time, like I used to be.
This getting older thing is not much fun is it!!

I had very bad news on Friday which I have not quite come to terms with.
My best friend here in town has been diagnosed with cancer. So sad, and such a shock....she is 8 years younger than me.

Her name is Mary is you have time to pray for her...thanks. x

And here I am between a father who has had a really bad heart attack, sorry 2 may years ago, has chronic heart failure and a younger brother , 5 years that has had bypass surgery and just again being in hospital, glad God takes care of me,

Feeling liek Autum now, down to 15 see what its like in morning.

Sorry to hear about your family David...hope they both recover well.
And I am hoping Pia is holding her own too.

It was wonderful here yesterday hot and warm...but today it is cold and they say rain. If it rains at least it with green everything up and maybe cause the leaves to bud.

We are supposed to be in the 70* today ..... yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..

Oh ! MY gosh.......... my daughter in law left the oven on and the house is all smoky

now its cold in here the doors are open and trying to get all that smoke and smell out.

It sure got cold in here.......... I did not get much in my room but the main rooms

were loaded with the smoke and smell......... I thought there was a fire..

But every thing is getting better now !

It is so nice to see the sunshine and feel warmth.
Plus...I am wildly trying to get the dandelions out of the "lawn"...or that which should be a lawn if the weeds hadn't taken it over!! LOL

Yes, things a slow;y turning green again....I think green is my favourite colour.

We live on 10 acres and the boy's " grand children" , brought in dandelions a hand full
to there mother and to me also..... so many ....but it was nice....and there are plenty to go around.

They should pick enough for their mother to make dandelion wine!
Or dandelion tea...except it is a diuretic , so don't drink it late in the evening or you'll be trotting to the bathroom all night!!!!

Well the last few days were really warm........ funny it went from winter to summer..
It did not feel like spring , but for a day or two......

Since my hubby passed away I feel so lonesome, nothing much to talk about...

But, , ,,,, at least the baseball season has started, and I went to one yesterday.
The 8 year old twins had a game.. the boy's are in practicing and games, but some of them
I cant go to because of the games in different places, long drive's....... plus which one do
I stay at ?

Sorry to hear how lonely you are without your dear husband at your side.
I'm not as you yet but I do know how it feels when we get older...our life shrinks. And to our kids and grandkids we kinda just become part of the furniture. We aren't "seen" or heard like we used to be.
No one needs or wants our wisdom any more.
