Yep...you beat me...I was born in England..mid wartime...1942 I remember the blackouts and seeing the bomb craters.

I have trouble sleeping too. I can never sleep longer than a couple hours at a time. Sometimes that's all I get.
Morning job,
I go to bed at 11 , and in a hour or so I wake up for a hour or so and may be less then I am up for
another half or one hour..... [any how I wake up at leas twice a night. some day's four times.] at about 5:45 A.M..... I give up and get out of bed.

I recently have been taking half of a 5mg melatonin. That stuff is awesome
