The Trinity however you may look at it theologically is very important because of certain ministries if you will. The Father has His ministry, Christ has His ministry, and the Holyspirit has His ministry. Three manifestations out of one God. That is probably the wrong way to say it but trying to make the point on the Trinity and avoid a theological debate for time sake. Whether you believe in TheTrinity or not it has to be noted in scripture a distinction in certain operations.
Such as; it takes a Father to birth you. It will take a Savior to save you. It will take a Guide to lead you. The way you learn that is by reading the scriptures. We see father's birth, saviors save, and guides guide. Seems simple enough and easy to follow. Follow will always be key. Following along in scripture, follow certain guidelines for searching scripture, and having a guide in scripture. When we read we want to know what we are reading, that is the whole point in study and mind transformation.
Now when you study the scriptures and having fixed in you good study habits and training and for gaining knowledge. That knowledge will be absolutely without a shadow of dought necessary to your spiritual growth. We call it 'learning to read your bible.'
I'm going to say that to say this 'the Holyspirit is not your life.' As wonderful and precious the Holyspirit is to us He is not the life of the believer. You will not know life without the Holyspirit but He cannot be confused with your life because He is not life is the revealer of life. You cannot find life in the scriptures unless the Holyspirit reveals it to you. But the life you find in scripture has been in you from the day you believed.
That is what you will discover as the Holyspirit leads you into Christ as life. I say leads 'you into' because there are those that revelation is progressive, and those that have an instataneouus revelation of Jesus Christ as their life. But regardless 'the revelation of Jesus Christ' of the indwelling Christ is the same whether it is progressive or instantaneous.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. - Galatians 1:11-12.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood: - Galatians 1:11-12,15-1
What is important for believers is they understand that a revelation of the indwelling Christ exsists because without it they will not know to wait on the Lord because it is in His timing. There is nothing wrong with not knowing something but once we know something this important exsists we need to give some time to it and give the Holyspirit time to reveal Christ in us to us as our life. It is the old adage 'be a good Berean' and search the scriptures and petition the Lord and see if something is so. Never just pass something off if the Holyspirit is knocking and knocking and we turn Him away by doctrine or what not. Bless you.
