Leviticus 18:

22 “’Do not have sexual relations with a male [H2145] as one does with a woman; that is detestable.
a male
זָכָ֔ר (zā·ḵār)
Noun - masculine singular
Strong's 2145: a male

A male would include any age group.

English Standard Version, Leviticus 20:

13 If a man lies with a male [H2145] as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.
If a man
וְאִ֗ישׁ (wə·’îš)
Conjunctive waw | Noun - masculine singular
Strong's 376: A man as an individual, a male person

At Biblehub, 20 versions translate H2145 as "male", 5 versions translate it as "man". 10 versions use "mankind", 0 version translates it as "boy".

American Standard Version

And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Do not have sexual relations with a man or boy?

Do not have sexual relations with a male, either a man or a boy. Both are sins.

This is consistent with Romans 1:

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
1 Corinthians 6:

9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men

1 Corinthians 6:
I would add that God has not changed His mind about this. If societies were fully theocratic, and the government laws were such that this immorality was forbidden, it would be just as much a capital crime as it was in OT times. Committing immorality when it is an offense against government law would be just as seditious as defying laws prohibiting an overthrow of the government.

God knows that societies that are only partly religious or of a false religion produce populations that are ignorant and willing to dabble in such sins. And though their sins are serious, God is much less likely to want them put to death due to their ignorance, and due to the proliferation of sin throughout the society.

These societies that are tolerant and indulgent present special temptations to good people. Neither would God want to immediately put to death those who fall due to being surrounded by temptations.

Nevertheless, blatant acts of immorality at some point present an assault upon God's authority. And punishment will be forthcoming.

Odd that Jesus didn't encourage the crowd to stone the woman taken in adultery, eh? Odd that He said "Neither do I condemn you," eh?

Your theocratic regime would, of course, also prescribe stoning for those who seduce others to idolatry (Deut 13:11), those who actually engage in idolatry (Deut 17:5), those who employ the Divine name in a curse (Lev 24:16), those who offer their children to Molech (Lev 20:2), mediums and necromancers (Lev 20:27), children who disrespect their parents ((Deut 21:18-21) and those who gather wood on the Sabbath (Num 15:32-36).

And lots more! Death by Stoning in the Hebrew Bible and in Post-Biblical Traditions.

Be careful brother. You're arguing against *God!* He set up the laws--not me. God makes exceptions for exceptional circumstances, which is precisely what he did for King David. Mercy and law go together. Unless there is a real deterrent, sin spreads like gangrene.
