What is with this strange formatting seen here , and on other posts on other forums ?

It is not helpful nor conducive to understanding the topic or the point or the subject of a post -

rather it is distracting and maybe condescending also ? (as if the poster has some ..... more knowledgeable thoughts or ways than the readers ? )
- Everybody is free to discuss it!
- If you don't like, why do you read these pages?
- Are you sado-masochists?
- You make statements but you don't prove anything!
- It's funny, you are arriving, you make statements, you are unknown!
- I have nothing to prove!
- I have been publishing on the internet!
- All the people viewing my threads everywhere in different languages speak against you!
- Keep drinking milk!
- Stay with baby boys!
