Yes, you hate yourself. I hate my sinful self. I hate the life I've lived and all the people I've hurt. But trust me, I'm very careful to make sure I'm well cared for. One's personal well being is the preoccupation of all of mankind. God wants us to care as much about the well being of others as we do our own. That means not hurting them, just like we don't want to be hurt and are careful to protect ourselves from hurt. Few people have to be told to do that for themselves. God wants us to be like that towards others. That's the love that we don't do by nature. That's why a person has to be born again and be a different person. One who can care as much about other people as they do about themselves.

If we begin with God who is love then we can understand what real love looks like.
A unitarians cannot know or experience love as a solitary person. That is impossible. It is an oxymoron. The only viable answer to Gods love and that He is love is for God to be Triune in nature which would explain why and how God is love. A false god who is only a solitary person cannot know what love is as there is no one to love. That god is void of love by nature.
God is a personal, relational being by His very essence or nature. There are roles within the Godhead that have to do with the tri-personal nature of His being. The Father sends the Son, The Son submits to the Father. The Holy Spirit speaks of and honors the Father and the Son. Jesus said I and the Father are one. We clearly see the relationship of the Triune Godhead in the 14th-16th chapters of John.
Now it is very interesting that when we begin with God(Trinity) we see that He has designed not only man, but the family and the Church to represent and reflect His very own nature. God has designed this order and is clearly seen back in Genesis 1-2.
When God created the first 6 days He declared everything "was good". We read the only time in creation where God said otherwise was when He created man (who was made in His very own image). He used the plural form by saying LET US make man in OUR image after OUR likeness.
But God did not stop there. He said it was NOT GOOD for man to be alone. Why did God say this ? Man was created to be a relational being just like God (trinity). God created woman so that man would not be alone as God is not alone. The two would become ONE just as the Father and the Son are ONE.
Man was to procreate and have a family. Within the family unit Man is the head of the woman. The woman submits to the man. The Son submits to the Father. The Holy Spirit honors both the Father and the Son. The children are to honor their Mother and their Father. This reflects the very nature of God.
Now the same is true of the Church. Christ is the Head of the body. The body consists of Leaders(elder, pastors, teachers etc...)and the flock. The leaders submit to Christ and the flock is to submit to the leaders.
In the above we see the family(husband, wife and children) and the Church(Christ, leaders and the flock) are all designed to reflect the triune nature of God by the relationships and order of these institutions.
God is love because He loves within His own nature. God could not love if He was only one person. God would be contradicting Himself if He was not self sufficient. God is Love means that He has this ability to love within Himself. This is only possible if He is a tri-personal God.

*Adoration* (a misnomer) believes that (1) those who expose actual conspiracies are promoting conspiracy *theories*, (2) there are no actual evil conspiracies, and everything is just sweetness and light, and (3) those who are willing to expose and rebuke the works and workers of darkness are proud, arrogant, and have false authority, and therefore they should be condemned outright.
However, those who expose the lies of Satan (and all liars whom he has spawned) are demonstrating love for their neighbor by exposing the works of darkness. Evildoers hate the light of truth which exposes their lies. The Lord Jesus Christ pronounced woes and damnation on the liars and hypocrites of His day (Matthew 23:13-25; Luke 6:24-26; 11:42-52). And Christ was LOVE incarnate.
The truth of the matter is that Satan has been conspiring all along to enslave the world, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually, leading to eternal damnation. The culmination of this conspiracy will be the reign of the Antichrist in the very near future (Revelation 13).
But godless Communism has already been Satan's tool to not only enslave, but to steal, kill, and destroy billions (his primary agenda). And now he plans to establish Marxist Communism in America through the evil Democratic party. If America falls, the *free* world will vanish. The almost total masking of the world today is already evidence of slavery and subjugation to a bogus pandemic which came from China.
While the West naively believed that the Communism of the Soviet Union was dead, Russia and its surrounding countries remained in slavery (and remain to this day). China enslaved not only the Chinese, but the people of Hong Kong, the Tibetans, and many others where China took control. And wherever Marxism and Communism have taken hold, all liberties have been destroyed and the state has confiscated all private property. Religious freedom and free speech have vanished, and believers have been persecuted, imprisoned, and killed.
One would have thought that the Western nations would ensure that the freedoms guaranteed under their different constitutions would never be compromised. But it has happened over the last three decades. Almost all Western politicians have been ensnared by the Communists, and basically sold out their countries to China. However China was not satisfied with economic dominance (which it presently has).
Mao had vowed to destroy the West 70 years ago and bring it under Communist control. And we are now seeing exactly how it is coming to pass through the Chinese-backed conspiracies which began in 2016 (focused on the take down of Trump), and are now taking down the West (economically, politically, and psychologically) with Wuhan -- CHINESE -- virus. Today anyone who calls it "Wuhan" or "Chinese virus" (the correct designation) is not only condemned, but loses his job, his livelihood, and possibly his life. Not a single country has gone after China to hold it accountable for the major disasters that have taken place everywhere. Indeed the EU is cravenly making a trade deal with China as we speak.
At the same time, a very well respected medical doctor in California has recently been fired for questioning the validity of lockdowns. Before that the female medical researcher and doctor who was an associate of Anthony Fauci was falsely imprisoned because she was going to expose the vaccine conspiracies: "Dr. Judy Mikovitz was a brilliant young doctor with a promising career, until she discovered what she considered to be harmful consequences with vaccines. After she came out with her warnings, she was jailed for identifying the link between vaccines and chronic diseases."
Just a few days ago, a woman in the UK who took a video of an empty hospital to expose the COVID fraud was arrested on false charges. Just a few weeks ago, a nurse in the UK who also exposed this fraud resigned because she simply could not stand the lies. And there have been dozens of cases where people have been arrested or suffered violence because they defied the lockdowns, masking, etc. A police state is being established in every Western country because of COVID.
There was already an actual conspiracy since 2016 to destroy Trump by any and all means. The CIA, FBI. DOJ, etc (the Deep State) were all involved. However, the conspirators were never brought to justice (and never will). Thus the destruction of Trump culminated in a conspiracy to perpetrate massive election fraud on November 2, so that Trump would be replaced by a puppet of China, and America would quickly become a Communist country. This conspiracy has all but succeeded.
All one has to do is carefully examine the Communist agenda of Bernie Sanders and AOC and note that it has been totally adopted as the Biden-Harris agenda! It should also be noted that the thuggery of Marxist BLM and Antifa came to an end as soon as Joseph Biden was fraudulently proclaimed as "president-elect" (by all the internal enemies and traitors within America).
Christians need to be fully aware of all this since their lives will be seriously impacted by these conspiracies and the implementation of totalitarianism and fascism in the USA (and then into other *free* countries). Indeed the Democratic mayors and governors used the so-called pandemic to go after Christians and churches (as well as Jews), and interfere with their gatherings for worship. This is only step number one in the persecution of Christians, which is about to take place if Marxist Kamala Harris takes control of the government fraudulently. Her disgusting attacks on Brett Kavanaugh should be a warning to all. (Biden is merely a bumbling figurehead meant to fool the unsuspecting Democrat rank-and-file).

I don't hold that position now, but when I was in the military my duty was to defend this nation against harm even to the point of killing our adversaries. That's no different than the police officer who has been ordained to defend the safety and well being of his city or county or state, even if it requires putting to death the one who resists his efforts to do that. God himself ordained these positions of authority.
Of course God "ordains" all leaders.
