Thank you for your help @Windmillcharge in posting help sites.

There are many ppl among us whom do not know they have a real challenge to their mental health.

Some also have just accepted the diagnosis of healthcare professionals.......and willingly take a pill.

We all deal with day to day stressors that can cause anxiety and or depression.
Some mental illnesses are easily recognizable by just the way words are written and the hostile oversensitive attitude expressed.

Most areas in the U. S. have mental health clinics that cover certain areas in the counties. A list can be procured online in a person's area code.
Local hospitals have 7 day volunteer admits if a person seeks help. Here in the U. S, 911 # can put ppl in touch with help in a crisis mode.

The key is recognizing one has a problem and seeking help ! Especially if there is difficulty in social, work, family or any interpersonal relationships.

The psychatrist assessed me to have Bi-polar type 2? And also sctizophrenia, idk know if those things are true. There was a time i took medicine but then the time came, to not take them anymore. All that is know is I know there are issues and i dont desire to take medicine or address them in paying a psychatrist. Thank you for the website information.
