As Solomon said there is nothing new under the sun my friend

It's simply a matter of understanding the story / message.

In reply to Evolution of Technology
I am intrigued with technology, electronics and the potential for spiritual interaction.
I have worked on 1000's of personal PC. My personal observation is, I can have it operating perfectly and even see other use the same PC but then someone else attempts to preform the same operation and it fails. This is not a chance happening IMO I have witnessed this same behavior many times over. There is no scientific explanation it just seems like the electrons lose their way when certain people attempt to use it. even when I'm right there watching them go threw the same key strokes or mouse operations its just amazing.

In the same vein I see some people that can simply destroy a hard drive in under 6 months this happens to the same people over and over. I have never had a hard drive fail on me I have some that are more than 12 years old and many others I use every day.

Unlike the Babylonians, the Greek philosophers sought for natural explanations for the heavenly motions. According to Plato, eight stereoma (crystalline spheres) rotated around the earth. He postulated that seven stereoma moved the Sun, Moon and planets around. The stars were attached to the eighth. Eudoxus calculated that 27 spherical stereoma were necessary to quantify the strange planetary motions. Callipus required 34 spheres. Some philosophers wondered whether the invisible stereoma were real. Aristotle reasoned that if crystalline spheres could mathematically describe the motions of the planets and stars, they must be real. His system required 55 invisible stereoma. The outermost stereoma supposedly was studded with stars. The mathematical cosmology of that era accepted multiple, solid, rotating, crystalline spheres to which the planets and stars were attached. In agreement with the cosmology of their era, the Jewish scholars of 2250 years ago rendered raqiya as stereoma. Over the following centuries, Jewish (and later Christian) scholars could argue that the Bible authenticated their science. After all, the Greek Old Testament used the scientific word for crystalline spheres, stereoma. * Later the Latin translators continued the tradition by rendering raqiya as firmamentum, a solid sky. A millennium later, English translators rendered raqiya as firmament. Some modern translators use the word expanse for raqiya, since solid skies are no longer scientific. Expanse means wide spaces. Is 'expanse' another attempt to interpret the Bible with the science of the day?

How would a contemporary of Moses understand raqiya, in the grammar and thinking of their era, not science. Raqiya is the noun form of the verb raqa: to spread out, hammer out or pound out. We often form nouns from verbs. 'To run' is a verb. The runner is a noun. 'To hammer' is a verb. A hammer is the tool that hammers. To spread is a verb. Spread can also be a noun, such as a bed spread, a banquet spread or a large ranch. Since raqa means to spread out, then surely the noun raqiya is the place that is spreading out. Indeed, this interpretation fits the text perfectly. The waters above the spreading place were separated from the waters below the spreading place. What was the name of this spreading place? God named it shamayim. The Hebrew word shamayim refers to both the atmospheric sky and the starry sky.

http://en.wikipedia....adus_(mythology)
In Greek mythology, Enceladus ("Trumpeter to Arms") was one of the Gigantes, the enormous children of Gaia (Earth) fertilized by the blood of castrated Uranus. With the other Gigantes, Enceladus appeared in one particular region—either Phlegra, the "burning plain" in Thrace, or Pallene. Like the other Gigantes, Enceladus had serpent-like lower limbs, "with the scales of dragons for feet" as the Bibliotheke states, though this convention was not invariably followed in pictorial representations.

During the battle between the Gigantes and the Olympian gods, Enceladus was disabled by a spear thrown by the goddess Athena (illustration, right). He was buried on the island of Sicily, under Mount Etna. The volcanic fires of Etna were said to be the breath of Enceladus, and its tremors to be caused by him rolling his injured side beneath the mountain (similar myths are told about Typhon and Vulcan). In Greece, an earthquake is still often called a "strike of Enceladus".

In Euripides' satyr play Cyclops the minor god Silenus claims to have dealt Enceladus' death blow, but this was perhaps intended by the author as a vain drunken boast, since Silenus also claims to have sent the Gigantes flying with the braying of his ass.

http://www.icr.org/a...-youthful-moon/
It wasn't long until scientists began wondering how to fit the observations into 4.5 billion years, the assumed age of the solar system. At current eruption rates, Enceladus would have ejected 1/6 of its mass and recycled its entire mass in that time. Neither radioactivity nor tidal flexing appear sufficient to sustain the activity. Apparently Enceladus also gets hyperactive. A huge surge in the E-ring was observed in early 2004 on approach. It is unlikely Cassini just happened to be present if this were a rare event.

Planetary scientists are actively reworking their models in light of these surprises. The simplest explanation, that Enceladus might be young, does not even enter the mind of most of them. It's a sure sign of dogma when no observation, no matter how anomalous, challenges an accepted belief. The assumed age of the solar system has become a thought prison. Creation scientists, unhindered by such notions, should go forth and discover the fountains of youth.

Interaction with E Ring
The E Ring is the widest and outermost ring of Saturn. It is an extremely wide but very diffuse disk of microscopic icy or dusty material, beginning at the orbit of Mimas and ending somewhere around the orbit of Rhea, though some observations suggest that it extends beyond the orbit of Titan, making it 1,000,000 km wide. However, numerous mathematical models show that such a ring is unstable, with a lifespan between 10,000 and 1,000,000 years. Therefore, particles composing it must be constantly replenished. Enceladus is orbiting inside this ring, in a place where it is narrowest but present in its highest density. Therefore, several theories suspected Enceladus to be the main source of particles for the E Ring. This hypothesis was supported by Cassini's flyby.

A French architect campaigning for a new exploration of the 4,500-year-old Great Pyramid of Giza said on Thursday that the edifice may contain two chambers housing funereal furniture.

http://news.yahoo.co.../prweb4951054_3
Oregon authors Samuel Sampson and Michael Read in their new book “Floating Stones – Great Pyramid Built with Water Power” propose a unique and startling alternative to conventional ideas about pyramid construction. Their radical concept describes a fully-integrated and historically-accurate construction process based on sound scientific principles that coalesce in a completed and functional Great Pyramid.

http://en.wikipedia....Pyramid_of_Giza
There are three boat-shaped pits around the pyramid, of a size and shape to have held complete boats, though so shallow that any superstructure, if there ever was one, must have been removed or disassembled

http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Khufu_ship
It is one of the oldest, largest, and best-preserved vessels from antiquity. It measures 43.6 m (143 ft) long and 5.9 m (19.5 ft) wide.

It was thus identified as the world's oldest intact ship and has been described as "a masterpiece of woodcraft" that could sail today if put into water.[1] However, the vessel may not have been designed for sailing (no rigging) or paddling (no room).

The ship was rediscovered in 1954 by Kamal el-Mallakh, undisturbed since it was sealed into a pit carved out of the Giza bedrock. It was built largely of Lebanon cedar planking in the "shell-first" construction technique, using unpegged tenons of Christ's thorn.

Its name comes from Nahuatl tetl = "rock" and nochtli = "prickly pear" and means "Among the prickly pears [growing among] rocks".

“When we saw so many cities and villages built in the water and other great towns on dry land we were amazed and said that it was like the enchantments (...) on account of the great towers and cues and buildings rising from the water, and all built of masonry. And some of our soldiers even asked whether the things that we saw were not a dream? (...) I do not know how to describe it, seeing things as we did that had never been heard of or seen before, not even dreamed about.”

http://creation.com/...e-mystery-force
Gravity and Scripture
Two Bible references are helpful in considering the nature of gravity and physical science in general. First, Colossians 1:17 explains that Christ is before all things, and by Him all things consist. The Greek verb for consist (συνιστάω sunistaō) means to cohere, preserve, or hold together. Extrabiblical Greek use of this word pictures a container holding water within itself. The word is used in Colossians in the perfect tense, which normally implies a present continuing state arising from a completed past action. One physical mechanism used is obviously gravity, established by the Creator and still maintained without flaw today. Consider the alternative; if gravity ceased for one moment, instant chaos surely would result. All heavenly objects, including the earth, moon and stars, would no longer hold together. Everything would immediately disintegrate into small fragments.

A second reference, Hebrews 1:3, declares that Christ upholds all things by the word of His power. Uphold (φέρω pherō) again describes the sustaining or maintaining of all things, including gravity. The word uphold in this verse means much more than simply supporting a weight. It includes control of all the ongoing motions and changes within the universe. This infinite task is managed by the Lord’s almighty Word, whereby the universe itself was first called into being. Gravity, the ‘mystery force’, which is poorly understood after nearly four centuries of research, is one of the manifestations of this awesome divine upholding.

http://science.slash...ndamental-Force
An anonymous reader writes
"At a symposium at the Dutch Spinoza-instituut on 8 December, 2009, string theorist Erik Verlinde introduced a theory that derives Newton's classical mechanics. In his theory, gravity exists because of a difference in concentration of information in the empty space between two masses and its surroundings. He does not consider gravity as fundamental, but as an emergent phenomenon that arises from a deeper microscopic reality. A relativistic extension of his argument leads directly to Einstein's equations."

Thanx BUD 02, a bit on the fringe, but I'll try and dredge some data on it!

There were 4 things that I found interesting.
one was the research on the apparent alignment of monuments around the word with stars.
second was the alignment of the Washington monument and the Vatican's monuments
third was his map of all the pyramids in Egypt and the correlation of them all to stars up and down the Nile, the milky-way being / representing the Nile river.
fourth the rising sign of leo in history in relation to the sphinx they are mirror images the heavenly leo facing the earthly leo.

The rest or their interpretation like you say a bit on the fringe ;)

Oh I might add his research on symbols most interesting is his research on the Pleiades's or the seven sisters. He has found them in many ruins around the world. The evidence indicates that they were very important to many ancient people. He also believes that the seven hills of Rome are a natural representation.

So, when between 6,000 to 10,000 years ago was there no man?

(Jer 4:23)
I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.

(Jer 4:24)
I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.

(Jer 4:25)
I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.

More wacko theology

Read all of Jeremiah 4 and you can see clearly it is about the destruction of Judah and Jerusalem. .

Not some imaginary gap theory about some imaginary first earth age. Sheesh !!!!

We need to keep the bible away from the peasants. They are unqualified to comprehend it correctly.

Like I said, between day 3 and day 5. One can still take it at face-value "day" and it make sense.
Like I try to tell our gap theory brothers that don't listen, I don't have any beef with saying the earth might be a zillion years old... But the facts are: A) it doesn't matter and B) can't be proved. Building an entire doctrine around something that can't be proved (especially Biblically) comes awfully close to creating a new gospel.

Subject: Israel's Calendar by Curtis C Ewing
Date: Mon, 31 Jan 2011 20:05:41 +0000 (UTC)

KCK, Hi,
The attachment is the first part of a little pamphlet, Israel's Calendar by Curtis C Ewing. I had to scan and re-format the book and might not have caught all of the words that were not recognized in the reformation process. I know you will find some. I tend to agree with much of the calendar until he gets to the end where he introduces Sunday as the new Sabbath.

Thank-you, I will look at it.

I believe the death of Christ put an end to the weekly Sabbath. Sabbath means rest and I believe we rest in Christ every day not just one day a week.

Yes this is very true at this time. The Lord also said follow his commands, and do as he does as the Father wills it. Christ, however will come again & set things right. The Sabbath is for Man, not for GOD. A day-year with the Lord is as a 1000 days-years with God.

If the Sabbaths are fixed, like he suggests and I believe, this calendar must have been set up using the spring equinox as the fixed day of the year and the start of the year.

If the Sabbaths were fixed, which they are, the Whole of the Bible as well as Calendaric Systems Reflect from Creation Forward to Revelation, the Concept that the Hebrew Day Begins at Sunset the Previous Day, and Ends at Sunset the Next. The 1st Day of the Week would be our Sunday, Not Monday. Of Course there is the Matter of the Sabbath. Anyways, The Riddle of the Sphinx (Time-Mazzoroth-Zodiac-The Way) is that the Oldest Calendaric Systems Began the Year Late in August-October. (Bullinger, the only Christian Scholar to Edit the Massorah, Basically States This) Later Calendaric Systems Began the Year at the Spring Equinox. Our Current Calendaric System is fixed at the Winter Solistice. This isn't even to mention the Summer Soltice. The Jews Creation Narrative in Gen 1:1-2 Accepts an Unformed Creation, I believe this not to be true. Though they Hedge on this a Bit. Ginzberg's Work on the Massorah and Subsequant Writing Suggest This Also. From All the Evidence I have seen, it is a Re-Creative process following the Katabole. This may be stooped in myth. In any event, Vernon Jenkins work on Gen 1:1 Gematria, as well as Other Evidences, Clearly Point to a Creation that was Complete and Then a Re-Creative Process Began after Chaos Ensued. The Lord Says All Creation Reflects This.

I do not believe the people on the forum will not understand this.

I respect your beliefs, just remember that to Fear & Respect the Lord is the Beginning of All Understanding, and Do Unto Others As You Would Like Have Done Unto You. Though Heaven & Earth may Pass Away his Word, Logos will LIVE ON. None of us are right all the time. Me, the Other Guy, You, Whoever. Learning can be an be Fun, but when It involves Beliefs that has been pre-conceived and inbedded in us through the norms of society, It doesn't always add up.

So I don't know that I will take the time to share it with them.

Clearly a Year Beginning at a Later Date would Reflect This. The Shift of New Years to Other Days at Different Times, Essentially. You may share this with others, No Please Share This With Others! Please, Also be kind to one another, I'll fight the beast. This maybe a part - - of the mystery that creation has been groaning for!

Ancient History, Classical History and Mythology
The Hebrew calendar or Jewish calendar is the annual calendar used in Judaism. Two major forms of the calendar have been used: an observational form used prior to the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE, and based on witnesses observing the phase of the moon, and a rule-based form first fully described by Maimonides in 1178 CE, which was adopted over a transition period between 70 and 1178.

The "modern" form is a rule-based lunisolar calendar, akin to the Chinese calendar, measuring months defined in lunar cycles as well as years measured in solar cycles, and distinct from the purely lunar Islamic calendar and the almost entirely solar Gregorian calendar. Because of the roughly 11 day difference between twelve lunar months and one solar year, the calendar repeats in a Metonic 19-year cycle of 235 lunar months, with an extra lunar month added once every two or three years, for a total of seven times every nineteen years. As the Hebrew calendar was developed in the region east of the Mediterranean Sea, references to seasons reflect the times and climate of the Northern Hemisphere.

Jews have been using a lunisolar calendar since Biblical times. The first commandment the Jewish People received as a nation was the commandment to determine the New Moon. The beginning of Exodus Chapter 12 says "This month (Nissan) is for you the first of months.". The months were originally referred to in the Bible by number rather than name. Only four pre-exilic month names appear in the Tanakh (the Hebrew Bible): Aviv (first; literally "Spring", but originally probably meant the ripening of barley), Ziv (second; literally "Light"), Ethanim (seventh; literally "Strong" in plural, perhaps referring to strong rains), and Bul (eighth), and all are Canaanite names, and at least two are Phoenician (Northern Canaanite). It is possible that all of the months were initially identifiable by native Jewish numbers or foreign Canaanite/Phoenician names, but other names do not appear in the Bible.

Evidence for adoption of the modern rules
A popular tradition, first mentioned by Hai Gaon (d.1038), holds that the modern continuous calendar was formerly a secret known only to a council of sages or "calendar committee," and that Patriarch Hillel II revealed it in 359 due to Christian persecution. However, the Talmud, which did not reach its final form until c. 500, does not mention the continuous calendar or even anything as mundane as either the nineteen-year cycle or the length of any month, despite discussing the characteristics of earlier calendars.

Furthermore, Jewish dates during post-Talmudic times (specifically in 506 and 776) are impossible using modern rules, and all evidence points to the development of the arithmetic rules of the modern calendar in Babylonia during the times of the Geonim (seventh to eighth centuries), with most of the modern rules in place by about 820, according to the Muslim astronomer Muḥammad ibn Mūsā al-Ḵwārizmī. One notable difference was the date of the epoch (the fixed reference point at the beginning of year 1), which at that time was identified as one year later than the epoch of the modern calendar.

Controversy over the Passover of 4682 AM
The Babylonian rules required the delay of the first day of Tishri when the new moon occurred after noon. In 921, Aaron ben Meir, a person otherwise unknown, sought to return the authority for the calendar to the Land of Israel by asserting that the first day of Tishri should be the day of the new moon unless the new moon occurred more than 642 parts (35 2/3 minutes, where a "part" is 1/1080 of an hour) after noon, when it should be delayed by one or two days. He may have been asserting that the calendar should be run according to Jerusalem time, not Babylonian. Local time on the Babylonian meridian was presumably 642 parts later than on the meridian of Jerusalem.

An alternative explanation for the 642 parts is that if Creation occurred in the Autumn, to coincide with the observance of Rosh Hashana (which marks the changing of the calendar year), the calculated time of New Moon during the six days of creation was on Friday at 14 hours exactly (counting from the day starting at 6pm the previous evening). However, if Creation actually occurred six months earlier, in the Spring, the new moon would have occurred at 9 hours and 642 parts on Wednesday. Ben Meir may thus have believed, along with many earlier Jewish scholars, that creation occurred in Spring and the calendar rules had been adjusted by 642 parts to fit in with an Autumn date. In any event he was opposed by Saadiah Gaon. Only a few Jewish communities accepted ben Meir's opinion, and even these soon rejected it. Accounts of the controversy show that all of the rules of the modern calendar (except for the epoch) were in place before 921.

When does the year begin?
According to the Mishnah (Rosh Hashanah 1:1), there are four days which mark the beginning of the year, for different purposes:

Months are numbered from Nisan, reflecting Exodus 12:2, "This month shall be to you the beginning of months," and Nisan marks the new year for civil purposes.
The day which is most often referred to as the "New Year" is observed on the first of Tishri, when the year number increases by 1 and the formal new year festival Rosh Hashana is celebrated. It also marks the new year for certain agricultural laws.
The month of Elul is the New Year for certain matters connected with animals.
Tu Bishvat ("the 15th of Shevat") marks the new year for trees.
There may be an echo here of a controversy in the Talmud about whether the world was created in Tishri or Nisan; it was decided that the answer is Tishri.

Measurement of the month
The Hebrew month is tied to an excellent measurement of the average time taken by the Moon to cycle from lunar conjunction to lunar conjunction. Twelve lunar months are about 354 days while the solar year is about 365 days so an extra lunar month is added every two or three years in accordance with a 19-year cycle of 235 lunar months (12 regular months every year plus 7 extra or embolismic months every 19 years). The average Hebrew year length is about 365.2468 days, about 7 minutes longer than the average tropical solar year which is about 365.2422 days. Approximately every 216 years, those minutes add up so that the modern fixed year is "slower" than the average solar year by a full day. Because the average Gregorian year is 365.2425 days, the average Hebrew year is slower by a day every 231 Gregorian years. During the last century a number of Jewish scholars suggested that the chief rabbinate in Jerusalem consider modifying this rule to avoid this effect.

Pattern of calendar years
There are exactly 14 different patterns that Hebrew calendar years may take. Each of these patterns is called a "keviyah" (Hebrew for "a setting" or "an established thing"), and is distinguished by the day of the week for Rosh Hashanah of that particular year and by that particular year's length.

A chaserah year (Hebrew for "deficient" or "incomplete") is 353 or 383 days long because a day is taken away from the month of Kislev.
The Hebrew letter ח "het", and the letter for the weekday denotes this pattern.
A kesidrah year ("regular" or "in-order") is 354 or 384 days long. The Hebrew letter כ "kaf", and the letter for the week-day denotes this pattern.
A shlemah year ("abundant" or "complete") is 355 or 385 days long because a day is added to the month of Heshvan.
The Hebrew letter ש "shin", and the letter for the week-day denotes this pattern.
A variant of this pattern of naming includes another letter which specifies the day of the week for the first day of Pesach (Passover) in the year.

Measurement of hours
Every hour is divided into 1080 halakim or parts. A part is 31/3 seconds or 1/18 minute. The ultimate ancestor of the helek was a small Babylonian time period called a barleycorn, itself equal to 1/72 of a Babylonian time degree (1° of celestial rotation). Actually, the barleycorn (Troy) or she was the name applied to the smallest units of all Babylonian measurements, whether of length, area, volume, weight, angle, or time.

Metonic cycle
The 19 year cycle has 12 common and 7 leap years. There are 235 lunar months in each cycle. This gives a total of 6939 days, 16 hours and 595 parts for each cycle. Due to the vagaries of the Hebrew calendar, a cycle of 19 Hebrew years can be either 6939, 6940, 6941, or 6942 days in duration. To start on the same day of the week, the days in the cycle must be divisible by 7, but none of these values can be so divided. This keeps the Hebrew calendar from repeating itself too often. The calendar almost repeats every 247 years, except for an excess of 50 minutes (905 parts). So the calendar actually repeats every 36,288 cycles (every 689,472 Hebrew years). Leap years of 13 months are the 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th, and the 19th years beginning at the epoch of the modern calendar.

Accuracy
The average length of the month assumed by the calendar is correct within a fraction of a second (although individual months may be a few hours longer or shorter than average). As the 19 year cycle (and indeed all aspects of the calendar) is part of codified Jewish law, it would only be possible to amend it if a Sanhedrin could be convened. It is traditionally assumed that this will take place upon the coming of the Messiah, which will mark the beginning of the era of redemption according to Jewish belief.

(NOTE: ONE DAY I'll GET TO THE SAROS CYCLE, ARGH!)

This is just a place holder

Fermat’s Last Theorem
In mathematics, famous theorem which has led to important discoveries in algebra and analysis. It was proposed by the French mathematician Pierre de Fermat. While studying the work of the ancient Greek mathematician Diophantus, Fermat became interested in the chapter on Pythagorean numbers—that is, the sets of three numbers, a, b, and c, such as 3, 4, and 5, for which the equation a2 + b2 = c2 is true. He wrote in pencil in the margin, “I have discovered a truly remarkable proof which this margin is too small to contain.” Fermat added that when the Pythagorean theorem is altered to read an + b n = cn, the new equation cannot be solved in integers for any value of n greater than 2. That is, no set of positive integers a, b, and c can be found to satisfy, for example, the equation a3 + b3 = c3 or a4 + b4 = c4.

Fermat’s simple theorem turned out to be surprisingly difficult to prove. For more than 350 years, many mathematicians tried to prove Fermat’s statement or to disprove it by finding an exception. In June 1993, Andrew Wiles, an English mathematician at Princeton University, claimed to have proved the theorem; however, in December of that year reviewers found a gap in his proof. On October 6, 1994, Wiles sent a revised proof to three colleagues. On October 25, 1994, after his colleagues judged it complete, Wiles published his proof. Despite the special and somewhat impractical nature of Fermat’s theorem, it was important because attempts at solving the problem led to many important discoveries in both algebra and analysis.

Diophantine Analysis
In mathematics, branch of number theory concerned with determining the solutions in integers of algebraic equations with two or more unknowns. Such problems were treated by Greek mathematicians Pythagoras, Diophantus, and others. Typical problems in Diophantine analysis would be to find two integers such that the sum of their squares is a square (3 and 4, or 5 and 12); or two integers such that the sum of their cubes is a square (1 and 2); or three integers such that their squares are in arithmetic progression (1, 5, and 7). In algebraic terms, the three examples call for integers x, y, z, ..., such that x2 + y2 = z2; x3 + y3 = z2; and x2 + z2 = 2y2, respectively. Usually an attempt is made to determine if a problem has infinitely many or a finite number of solutions, or none. Recent approaches to problems of this sort involve the use of high-speed computers to find solutions or to establish counterexamples to the conjectured theory.

The Hebrew calendar (ha'luach ha'ivri), or Jewish calendar, is a lunisolar calendar used today predominantly for Jewish religious observances.

The Jewish Calendar Mindfulness of the Divine Rhythm by John J. Parsons

Introduction
The very first word of the Torah indicates the awareness of the significance of time - "in the beginning..." (Genesis 1:1), and according to Rabbinic tradition, the very first commandment given to the children of Israel after being delivered from Egypt was to sanctify the "New Moon" (Exodus 12:1-2), thereby causing the fledgling nation to depart from the solar tradition of the Egyptians (Ra worship) and to look to the moon for a new means of reckoning time and seasons.

The Hebrew lunar calendar is "set" differently than the solar calendar. The day begins at sundown; the climactic day of the week is Shabbat - the seventh day of the week; the moon and its phases in the night sky are the timepiece for the months, and the seasons of the year are marked with special festivals or mo'edim (appointed times). Even the years are numbered: every seventh year was sh'mitah - a Sabbatical year (Lev. 25:2-5), and after seven cycles of sh'mitah the Yovel, or Jubilee Year was to be observed (Lev. 25:8-17). Indeed, according to the Jewish sages, the history of the world may be understood as seven 1,000 year "days," corresponding to the seven days of creation.

A Luni-Solar Seasonal Calendar
Actually, the Jewish calendar might best be described as "luni-solar." Since every lunar cycle runs roughly 29.5 days, the Jewish year has 354 days compared to 365 days of the solar calendar. To ensure that the festivals would occur in their proper seasons (e.g. Passover in springtime, Sukkot in the fall, etc.), an extra month (Adar II) is added every two or three years to offset the 11 day lag per solar year. In this way the lunar calendar is synchronized with the solar cycle of the agricultural seasons.

Ignoring the ages-old tradition of the Jewish prophets and apostles, the post-apostolic church allowed a hybrid day to develop, a day in almost every respect patterned after the Jewish Sabbath, but, in animosity against the Jews, not allowed to be on their day. The new Sabbath would be better. It would be on the day of the Sun.

"In Christ's Passover, Sunday fulfills the spiritual truth of the Jewish Sabbath." There you have it. Rome speaketh. But on what authority? Her own.

The Sabbath Was Made for Man
Why are there not just six days in a week? Because after the six days of creation work, God MADE another day, the seventh day. Now if God wanted to rest after His work of creating this earth, He could have done so without giving us another day.

Unfortunately satan has brought something into many churches today that does away with the seventh day sabbath of creation, and that is, EVOLUTION! Many professing Christians are now embracing the wicked teaching of evolution, and say that God did not create the earth in six literal days as the Bible clearly teaches, but rather that He let it evolve over a "period" of time.
(Ok, Hold It Right There, Do They Even Know About Nechunya ben HaKana? Do I Seriously Have to Take A Literal 6 Day Creation? Anyways ...)

German Museum of Prehistory Confirms Possible Connection between Moses, Pleiades, Nebra Sky Disk

In March of 2010, I "accidentally" stumbled onto what appears to be a connection between Yah's calendar of scripture, the star cluster known as the Pleiades and the Nebra Sky Disk.

Eventually, some astronomical questions about the Pleiades surfaced. The astronomical odds of the Pleiades coinciding with the biblical calendar seemed rather remarkable.

Nebra Connections to the Creator's Biblical Calendar? As I continued the study of the Nebra Disk and it's possible relation to the Creator's Biblical Calendar, the artwork depicted on the disk began to make more sense when compared to the Biblical Calendar. Some rather interesting "coincidences" presented themselves.

The Pleiades Confirms Yahuwah's Calendar of the Heavens
When the full moon rises in the evenings of Oct 24th and 25th, the 17th and 18th days of the 7th month on Yah's calendar this year, it will be in close proximity to the Pleaides, signaling confirmation of the 7th month. This closeness of the full moon and the Pleiades did not occur in Sept-Oct, the 6th month of the biblical year, although some calendar followers celebrated the 7th month at that time.

The Pleaides signaled that a 13th month needed to be inserted in March-April of 2010,... thus confirming that April-May would be the first month of this year. If the year began in April-May, then Oct-Nov would be the 7th month.

Israel's Calendar Curtis C. Ewing Rebuttal

PROOF OF A LUNAR/SOLAR CALENDAR
The weekly cycle, as well as knowledge of what day is the seventh day of the week, has been preserved by Catholics, Protestants, Moslems, and Jews, without change since the time of Christ to this day. The Sabbath was indeed from Friday evening to Saturday evening (on today's calendar), both then and now. Gamble's calendar, as promoted by Ewing, is shown by the Bible to be just another deception that promotes the violation of the fourth commandment—"Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy" (Ex.20:8).

I'm not even sure if we're talking about the same things or different things?
I understand what this means, most people don't. or even care!?

Genesis 1:1-3
¶ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. ¶ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Notice the Elipsis between 1:1&3

Did God RE-CREATE the Heavens & Earth? On what Day would that be? The 7th Day, or was it the 8th Day, maybe even 9th?
Was there even a previous 7th Day? Does God need to Rest? Was Man and or Adam in the Previous Creation Age?
Do Hebrew Days begin at Sunset or Dawn? Do Years Begin Early in the Year or Later?
Is the Creation Account, One Account or several Accounts? Can you ask Job for Me?

Vernon Jenkins says that 1:1 through 2:4 exhibit continuity, with a complete Creation followed By a Katabole and a Re-Creation.

Time is Determined By the Earth Revolving Around the Sun, Not the Moon Revolving Around the Earth.
If The Solar & Lunar Phases were at One Time Coordinated & Synchronized, Can You Give Me The Exact Date?
Due to the Eliptic, Wouldn't Measures of Time Also Have to be Added?
Because the Earth Tilts on 3 Axises, Plus our Solar System Revolves Around the Galactic Center,
Which in Turn is Revolving Around ... To True North ... ETC ...
(You can't Imagine the Headache I have Now, BRRR, Anyways)

Romans 1:19-23
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. {in them: or, to them} For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: {so...: or, that they may be} Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man.
