This is what I plan on doing, too.I remember that we had to keep track of how many of each item we made each day, and then at the end of the day, we counted everything that was left. And not everything that didn't sell was thrown out. Sometimes we sold "day olds" at a discount.
Add: and we counted the money and that had to match up with what was sold.
I can't count money but I can track what I have. Everything is a "guesstimate" right now, but they said I can take the product list and type it out at home, so I'll have to see if I can make a spreadsheet or something.
