The only true God is the Father (YHWH). This is part of the knowledge which leads to eternal life. - cf. John 17:1, 3.

its in reference 2 hosea 4:6 my people perish 4 a lack of knowledge, meaning people perish coz the don't know Gods word!! they don't study 2 show themselves approved 2 tim 2:15, those who do the will of the father know his doctrine john 7:16-17
