Satalites are picking up some activy as of 10 A.M.PDT Fox news is reporting that N.Korea is being watched to see if they may be planning a second test

Well my first response is that this is one less bomb that can be exploded on people anywhere. I think it's just NK doing the usual starving for attention hoping that we'll try and placate them with some more money and aid. I think they know that they'll be wiped off the face of the earth if they so much as start to drop a bomb anywhere outside their own territory.

South Korea is reporting that North Korea has just conducted a second nuclear testCNN/Fox is reporting this now however no one else can confirm this as of yet
