It is a new life, God is not in the business of making the old better. He brought new life and that new life is the only life that exsists for the believer to live by. There is another life that you can live by but it has got you no where up to now. So new life living should be as normal as breathing. The book we read from has nothing but new life in it, you cannot read the book and try to make a better old life. First it won't work and second it is not God's plan. So why people would want to live from an old life trying to make it better is beyond me. It will contradict all of scripture and does not take you to the knowledge of new life living.
