You say your God is bigger than anything in the universe. You say your God is more powerful than anything I could imagine. Okay then. If that is true for you why do need to constantly defend this big and powerful God when someone questions what you believe?
When you claim your God is big and all powerful, why do you think you need to stick up for someone who's bigger and more powerful than all.
Look at it this way:
It's like you have a bigger brother in your family who you know would stick up for you in a heartbeat if he found out someone was messing around with you. Wouldn't he go to the place himself and deal with those people, since he is a bigger brother who's also tougher than those bullies who are causing you grief. When he turns up and warns them to back off for fear of consequences, naturally they should know to be careful where not to tread in the future. It's not like you need to do anything in that situation other than tell your bigger brother what is going on.
But that's not you in this situation with a big and powerful God. Is it?
