Reminds me of being in a bunker when scuds are incoming (sirens wailing) and 50 or so airmen that are only qualified once a year w/ the M-16 are told to lock and load.'71-'73

Never made it to 'Nam though. T'was close though. Wasn't too long in when U.S. started withdrawing from 'Nam.
T'was 1 of them guys that told the "gun bunnies" which direction to point their "guns!"
Ended up in Germany in an "Honest John Rocket*" outfit. (which were considered a fairly obsolete weapons platform even at that time)
*for a comparison? The "Scud Misses" used in the "Gulf War" by the Iraqi's? Are "kinda" similar. Just not near as accurate!![]()
Makes any "expert" shooter look for the nearest emergency exit.

The Pink Panther always knows how to make a graceful (and armed) exit.
