This is not my image, but it's pretty much my old ride...

Had a boat-like aspect, yes. And it was a heavy monster.

Was it Amphibious? :p

I also drive an accord. Would rather drive that than a heavy aircraft carrier.
I hear that. We would never go back to a Chevy again, but those were other days and ways then. They were mostly gas hogs, but the price of gasoline was so low that it did not really hurt the pocket book and we weren't think much about the air we breathed

And when you were working on the engine, you could climb in under the hood to get to it. And in those days, everything was serviceable and you knew what everything did.
I was never a mechanic and hated working on cars, but to save money I always changed my own oil and did my own tune-ups.

This is a photo of a painting of the Annunciation (Lk 1:26-38) in a church in Malta I think it's beautiful, portraying the humility of Mary; "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord".
I have it above my computer desk.

That's just amazing. Looks unreal. I gather it's a domesticated strain of some kind of fox. The only "fire fox" I was aware of, is this:
animals_hero_redpanda.jpg

Not my shot, BTW. Red Panda or 火狐 (fire fox).

Apparently, it's a silver fox, but dyed red where the light fur is.

Excuse the idolatry but I can't resist showing off one of my 'pride and joys'.
It's a copy of a painting that I found tucked away in an old laptop. It was our last home in the UK before we moved to Spain many moons ago.
It was the ruin of an old blacksmiths cottage that literally fell about our ears as we tried to restore it.
So we saved as much as we could and almost completely rebuilt it using old reclaimed materials.
Once finished we enjoyed magnificent views across the Wells saltmarshes (particularly at flood tides).
I now wish we still lived there.

I hope that all of you are able to travel to Israel and stay for a while.
Its a beautiful place.
It is however, surrounded by enemies, so, its also a place that is very cognizant of this reality.
So, if you do travel there, and you are not use to seeing the army everywhere, then that'll take a bit of getting use to...but, its normal there.
You'll see this, everywhere you go..
This pic is taken in the Old City - Jerusalem - not far from the Wailing wall.
