And an Australian Rules Football side here in Melbourne as well, Collingwood, and in Rugby League, in Sydney, former Sydney Wests were the same. A popular bird for sporting teams...the policemen of the skies.

I'm a Kiwi. I played union and prefer that to league, although I enjoy league to watch. While there are similarities between union and league, the differences are profound and enough to change the nature and direction of the game. More profound than the difference between baseball and softball. Watch a few minutes of each on you tube and you will get the picture. Look up NRL GRAND FINAL then Rugby World cup final 2018 followed by AFL GRAND FINAL . Just 5 minutes of each will show the differences.
Aussie rules is very different from rugby.

I love how you've highlighted the red tree. Gorgeous.
Sorry to deviate from the thread, @Pearl, but I love your quote (Psalm 16:8)

'I have set the LORD always before me:
.. because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
.... Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth:
...... my flesh also shall rest in hope.
For Thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;
(the grave)
.. neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
.... Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
...... in Thy presence is fulness of joy;
........ at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.'

(Psalms 16:8-11)

* Which reminds me of this:-

'Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;
Who for the joy that was set before Him
endured the cross, despising the shame,
and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.'

(Hebrews 12:2)

Praise God! and the Lord Jesus Christ, His precious Son, Who is the subject of that lovely psalm, as He is of all Scripture!!

Thank you.
In Christ Jesus
Chris

In church, recently, we did in fact look at exactly this comparison, between Psalm 16.8 and Hebrews 12.2, and one or two other, similar Scriptures. :)

The translation is something like "certainly not you" or equivalent to American idiom, "don't even think about it."
