Mine flu symptoms have diminished to a slight cough and a stuffy nose. Hers has taken a nose dive into a severe cough and respiratory problems. As per usual her asthma is very bad.

We cancelled my dental surgery because the dentist dropped out of our insurance program. Without the insurance he would have charged over $500.00. I got a new appt in home town who participates in our insurance and will do the whole thing for $57.00. His office is right down the street instead of 60 miles away. Savings all around. Unfortunately the appt is not until 2/27.

I will pray! I understand the part about the courage to act upon it.....in my early walk God spoke to me and said "I am going to give you a spirit of boldness" .....and did He ever...I was a VERY shy person before that! LOL.... when you realize that the discernment is from the Holy Spirit who has put His Truth in you then the courage comes from simply trusting Him and from not being ashamed of the gospel of truth to speak it when you are discerning the need.
Heavenly Father, your Word says you know what we have need of before we even ask....it also says that whatever we ask in faith shall be given....and finally that where 2 or more agree as touching anything it shall be done....so I stand upon your Word in faith asking that you give @aspen the gift of discernment and the spirit of boldness to deliver your truth to those who You have placed in his life. Thank you for the gifts of the Holy Spirit which enables us, equips us and empowers us to do the work of the ministry....I give you all Praise, Honor and Glory and that @aspen will begin to manifest this in his life and that he will use his testimony of what you have done for him to help others where he once was at this time. Thank you, Father...in Jesus name I pray. Amen!

I am not sure what that means. Do you mean if they might get me in sooner? That won't happen. The oral surgeon only comes to town once a month. The day I went for an evaluation he saw me for a few minute and said although he was backed up he could have done my procedure that day if I were willing to wait for a couple of hours. My wife was with me and sick so that wasn't happening even if I was willing. We got an appt during his next visit in town.

I am not in pain or discomfort from the tooth. I can wait. If the surgeon is a no show, I'll deal with that then. I cannot worry about it. I leave that to my wife. She won't let me let it go. She is good at that.
