I have been acting and feeling so weird lately. I consider everything that happens or was said around me and think about deeply until I feel overwhelmed, even if it a superficial comment on video or issue that I don't relate to or involved in. it's driving me crazy, I can't concentrate on anything or do anything but thinking ,literally, my life has stopped. lately it's even getting worse and worse that there's no way to end it, I really can't describe it but it's misery. it's not like normal overthinking, it's controlling my life, I'm on a roll coaster.

I'm sorry to hear you are overwhelmed, it also can rear it's ugly head my way at times. Satan doesn't want us to focus unless it's his agenda and perhaps you might be able to see your doc for possible medication to balance you as Aunty Jane said.
