Premillennialism contradicts scripture (1 Corinthians 15:50-54) by having mortal flesh and blood inheriting the kingdom of God when Jesus returns.

They will be resurrected at the end of the tribulation to enter the millennial kingdom according to Revelation 20:4-6
You're not answering my question. I asked how can the sheep inherit "eternal life" with mortal bodies? Eternal life means you will never die, but those with mortal bodies will die.

This is theological doublespeak. You're trying to justify unjustifiable. Jesus' kingship and the kingdom were indeed inaugurated and established on earth at the beginning of His earthly ministry. He possessed kingdom authority and power on earth over the seen and unseen realm. Demons, men and nature were subject to His Word. That is plain to see during His earthly mission. His sovereign reign and heavenly coronation began after His resurrection and ascension. From there He rules over His new creation and all creation. There is nothing that is not under His feet.

Ephesians 1:19-23 speaks of: “the exceeding greatness (megethos or magnificence) of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his ‘mighty power’ [Gr. kratos ischus or great dominion force and ability], Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.”

Christ reigns in majesty and glory at the right hand of majesty today over His enemies. He has already defeated all His enemies. He is king over the kings and kingdoms of the earth. He is Lord and reigns over all principalities and powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places. He exercises sovereign kingly power over all His enemies until He makes them His footstool. There is nothing that is not under his feet. Jesus Christ is indeed Lord!

This passage confirms the absolute authority that Christ now enjoys and reveals the unlimited scope of His current rule. It explicitly illustrates the current sovereign reign of Christ over all His enemies from the “right hand” of majesty on high.

Philippians 2:9 says, wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.”

He reigns today over the seen and the unseen world making every power and every authority “subject unto him.”

1 Peter 3:22 says, that Christ, who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God (now!!!); angels and authorities and powers being (currently!!!) made subject unto him.”

Those who question Christ’s current reign do great assault upon the truth of God’s Word and undermine the current sovereign kingly position that He now assuredly holds.

Heaven’s authority is bestowed upon Christ. He is God! Colossians 2:9-10, 14-15 confirms: "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power … Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled (or divested or disarmed) principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”

He is risen and He is reigning! He is ruling over everything! This is happening right now! Check out the actual original text and check out the tenses involved. Christ’s universal rule, which is found in His divine character, exercises supreme authority over everything and everyone that exists. This dominion is seen in His sovereign dealing with mankind, whether it is with an individual person or with accumulation of nations – all are subject to his controlling power and ultimate influence. Such authority could be justly described as Christ’s providential kingship.

Colossians 1:15-17 addresses the great sovereign reign of Christ over all creation. Stating, Christ, “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

This is completely comprehensive. Christ is shown to be the ruler of all dominion and power. He is a sovereign God today. Satan is submitted to His authority. Christ is king over all the earth. Can I remind you He reigns over His enemies now as sovereign king? With the Premillennial reasoning they divest Christ of His rightful power.

These passages couldn’t be stronger in outlining where supreme authority lies today. Christ sovereignly reigns in kingly power over all creation.
Agree! These scriptures could not possibly be more clear. They are very straightforward. Anyone who denies them just does not want to believe them and there is no excuse for that!

On the contrary, you claimed that Christ is currently ruling in the hearts of believers. This necessarily means that he is presently not ruling in the hearts of his enemies. His authority is restricted to believers. You said it yourself. Are you unable to believe your own words?
Believers have authority over all of our enemies because we have Christ in us and we can do all things though Christ who gives us strength (Phil 4:13)! It's unfortunate that the Premil doctrine does not promote this truth.

Luke 10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. 18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. 19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

All believers have the type of authority over our enemies that the 70 disciples that Jesus sent out had.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

His authority restricted to believers since His people have authority over all of His enemies. But our enemies are not flesh and blood, they are against "the rulers of the darkness of this world". Our enemies are Satan and his angels who influence the wickedness and darkness that goes on in the world.

When Jesus began his ministry, he preached, "Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand." When something is "at hand" it isn't yet in effect. When something is “at hand,” it means it’s near or imminent but hasn’t fully come to pass yet. It carries a sense of urgency or preparation—something requiring attention because it’s approaching quickly.
Again, you manipulate the Word to support your imaginations. The phrase at hand means to be nigh (near, or close). You twist it to say the opposite to what it says – be distant or far away. That is typical for your heretical mindset and mode of interpretation. The Greek word eggizō means to make near, that is, approach, be at hand, come (draw) near, be (come, draw) nigh.

Readers can discern by context that it is meaning the kingdom has come close to them with the salvations, healings, miracles and deliverances.

Jesus said so in Luke 11:20: "if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you."

The objective unindoctrinated Bible student can easily get the idea.

Psalms 34:17-18: "The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit."

Romans 10:8-13 says, The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.”

Eph 2:11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Eph 2:13
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

I do believe it.
You do NOT believe that Jesus is God. Stop lying.

God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1), but you do not believe Jesus did that.

God is all powerful. You do not believe that Jesus is all powerful.

God is omnipresent. You do not believe Jesus is omnirpresent.

So, no, you do not believe that Jesus is God. Stop the charade already. Who do you think you're fooling here with your lies?

On the contrary, I do believe that Jesus is God as defined in the Bible. The Bible defines Jesus as God incarnate, the image of God, the exegesis of God, and the perfect representation of God's character.
If Jesus is God, as you claim, then define God and tell me if you can define Jesus the same way you define God. If not, then you do NOT believe He is God.

Your argument has two MAJOR flaws. First, you hold the theological perspective known as "kenosis, meaning "self-emptying," that Christ voluntarily set aside certain privileges of His divine nature to embrace human limitations fully. If Christ achieved such a monumental feat, one would expect to see this achievement recorded. But the New Testament is silent on that issue -- not even the sound of a "poof" to mark the occasion.
I have shown you the following passage multiple times. Have you never read this?

Philippians 2:5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; 7 rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death--even death on a cross! 9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

If we were to consider the possibility that Jesus willingly chose to relinquish aspects of His divine nature in order to fully experience the limitations inherent to being human, it raises significant challenges for your perspective.
No, it raises significant challenges to your denial of clear scripture like Philippians 2:5-8.

You cannot simultaneously argue that Jesus possessed the attributes of being omnipresent, omnipotent, or omniscient while also claiming that He intentionally set these qualities aside to embrace humility and the human condition. This creates a contradiction; one cannot uphold both beliefs without conflict.
Nonsense. You just say things without doing anything to back them up. I'm simply sharing what scripture says. Such as Philippians 2:5-8. You clearly do not accept what scriptures like those tell us.

Secondly, and most salient, Paul isn't focused on the nature of Jesus. His focus is on the attitude of Jesus. Paul’s primary emphasis is indeed on Jesus’ attitude of humility and selflessness, rather than on the technical details of His divine nature. His goal is to encourage believers to adopt this same mindset—one of servanthood, sacrifice, and putting others above oneself.

Philippians 2:2-7 Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.
What translation is this from? Saying "He existed in the form of God" is a strange way to put it. But, even saying it that way, how can He be in the form of God and be equal with God without actually being God? But, you do not believe He is God because you do not believe He has God's attributes like being the Creator of all things, being all powerful and being omnipresent.

I'm convinced that there is no verse in all of scripture that he is not willing to twist and manipulate to make it say what he wants it to say.

You are not paying attention. I'm not saying that he's saying that. But, he is saying that the sheep are mortals who inherit the kingdom prepared for them from the foundation of the world (Matthew 25:31-46). But, it says they inherit "eternal life" (Matt 25:46), so they cannot be mortals. They inherit the same kingdom of God that Paul says we will inherit in 1 Corinthians 15:50 and mortal flesh and blood will not inherit that kingdom. That is the whole point of this thread, but you can't even discern that. You can't discern anything.
“They” are not all the “same” individuals.
“They” are not “all” occupants of the “same” land .
“They” on Earth, are not all “transformed” immortal.

Jesus’ earthly “kingdom” is “on” Earth.
Jesus Earthly Kingdom, is Ruled by Jesus, (the Word of God ) AND Christ, (the Power of God.)
The occupants of / citizens of / inhabitants of Jesus earthly Kingdom…
ARE: transformed (in Christ) immortals (saints) who returned with Christ Jesus, TO Earth.
ARE: His Holy Angels.
IS: CHRIST Jesus.

Outside of Christ Jesus Kingdom…
ARE: “Believing” Mortals, who were not bodily “saved”, “transformed” or “killed” during the Trib.
“THEY” generationally mortally, reproduce…
Just like now, “They” individually can “exercise their FREEWILL to continue Believing “mortally Die” and become MADE Saved…and raised up immortal, in the First mass resurrection…or “they” can exercise their FREEWILL and Reject God and be part of the second resurrection.

Difference IS…today… devils can influence anti- Christ Beliefs….
During the 1,000 yr reign, there are no devils present to blame for convincing them to reject God.

You seem to not understand when, how, why a mortal man is MADE Whole….that his body, soul, spirit IS Secure IN his salvation…
And when a man who is not MADE Whole body, soul, spirit is Still subject to NOT being Made Whole….and still at risk of damination.

You seem incapable of speaking coherently. My point in this thread is that the sheep (the righteous) who inherit eternal life in the kingdom prepared for them from the foundation of the world when Jesus comes with His angels (Matthew 25:31-46) inherit the kingdom with immortal bodies. Do you agree with that or not? If so, then you are not part of the target audience I had for this thread. Instead, it's people like Doug who deny that the sheep who inherit the kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world inherit it with immortal bodies.

The Kingdom so prepared…IS WHEN the Manifestation of Earth Is MADE the same AS Heaven…

Not there YET!

Matt 6:
[10] Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

The “Occupants/ Inhabitants” are in the “long process” of being “MADE” (WHOLE) to Be Acceptable to Occupy “heaven ON Earth”… and “they” not made whole… excluded, separated, destroyed, remembered no more.

We see no evidence from the New Testament that Jesus created the world.
Hi Cady,

I do appreciate your comments. However, had you thought about these scriptures.

`...the Son of His love....for by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.` (Col. 1: 16)

`...His Son, whom He has appointed Heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds.` (Heb. 1: 2)

So, where does it say in Matt. 25: 31 - 46 that the `sheep` nations (alive on planet earth at that time), inherit eternal life?

`The kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world,` is God`s rulership over the nations through Israel.

It is NOT God`s great kingdom rulership which is overall. God made the earth and heavens and NEVER gave any of it away. It is from eternity to eternity. (Ps. 24: 1)

In verse 46. That verse indicates that happens to the goats and "the righteous" is a reference to the sheep.

Matthew 25:46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.

The sheep ("the righteous") will inherit "eternal life" in "the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world" (Matt 25:34) while the goats ("you cursed") will "go away into everlasting punishment" into "the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matt 25:41).

`The kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world,` is God`s rulership over the nations through Israel.
No, it is the eternal kingdom of God that we (God's people - those who belong to Christ) will inherit when Jesus returns which mortal flesh and blood cannot inherit (1 Corinthians 15:50).

It is NOT God`s great kingdom rulership which is overall.
What are you basing this on? Back up your claims with scripture, please.

God made the earth and heavens and NEVER gave any of it away. It is from eternity to eternity. (Ps. 24: 1)
What do you mean by this? Please be specific when talking to me. I don't want to have to guess as to what you're talking about.

Thank you I missed that scripture. So, the righteous go into eternal life. However, it does not say `when.` God`s word sometimes has events written after each other but not necessarily happen that way. Those two events in Isaiah have centuries between them. Jesus quoted the first part but not the second for that was yet future. (Luke 4: 17 - 19)

`To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance.` (Isa. 61: 2)

God`s great kingdom is what He has ruled over BEFORE the world was created. God was king, ruler over the angels before humans were created.

`Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the LORD your God, also the earth with all that is in it.` (Deut. 10: 14)

`The Lord has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.` (Ps. 103: 19)

The kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world, is an earthly rulership for earthly people in the millennium and then the rulership will go onto the new earth. God speaking to David -

`And your house and your kingdom shall be established for ever before you. Your throne shall be established for ever.` (2 Sam. 7: 16)

The prophet Daniel gives more understanding of when this rulership through Israel on earth happens. It is after the Times of the Gentiles ruling the world.

`And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.` (Dan. 2: 44)

The Lord`s rule of iron through Israel goes on into the millennium to put down all rule authority and power. (1 Cor. 15: 24) After death is defeated and there is a new heavens and new earth we see the nations of those that are saved on the new earth. (Rev. 21: 24) They are NOT the Body of Christ for we are called out of the nations.

Premillennialism contradicts scripture (1 Corinthians 15:50-54) by having mortal flesh and blood inheriting the kingdom of God when Jesus returns.

Yes, I am. He says that the sheep (the righteous) in Matthew 25:31-46 do not inherit eternal life in immortal bodies in the kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world,

“If” @Doug has said what “your words CLAIM…”your words” would not be necessary…. “You could QUOTE Doug’s own words instead of Speaking FOR him.!”
which is exactly what I am arguing against in this thread. The kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world in which we inherit eternal life is the same kingdom of God
WHERE exactly IS the Present “Kingdom of God” YOU are Talking About?

that Paul said we will inherit but that no mortal flesh and blood will inherit.
Quote Doug claiming flesh and blood mortals “inherit” the “Kingdom of God”…
You should just step aside and let the adults talk
You supposedly being an Adult…
Should be able to answer…
Where exactly “Gods Kingdom IS”
And
Quote @Doug saying… Flesh and Blood mortals inherit Gods Kingdom.

You're not answering my question. I asked how can the sheep inherit "eternal life" with mortal bodies? Eternal life means you will never die, but those with mortal bodies will die.
There are some verses to consider

[Mar 10:30 KJV] 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

The man Jesus was talking about was still alive and was told would have eternal life in the world to come
