Isaiah 63:1 Who is this; coming from Edom, from Bozrah with His garments stained red, moving in His mighty power? It is I; proclaiming victory, I who am strong to save.
Edom refers to all the ungodly peoples, all those opposed to the purposes of God.
Bozrah means ‘sheepfold’, and is used here as a metaphor for those nations where His sheep – the lost tribes of Israel and all the Christian peoples are at present. Matthew 15:24

The Lord, in His mighty power, proclaims victory and saves His people. This is His great Day of vengeance and wrath. Isaiah 34:1-8, Isaiah 66:15-17, Zephaniah 3:8, Revelation 6:12-17, the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster.

Isaiah 63:2-6 Why are Your clothes splashed with blood? I resolved on a Day of vengeance, I trod the nations in My anger and My clothes were splashed by their blood. No one came to My assistance, by My own might, I brought victory. I shattered My enemies in My fury, their blood spilled on the ground.

Luke 20:43 & Acts 2:35 The Lord said to my Lord: sit at My right hand until I make your enemies your footstool. Psalm 110:1

Hebrews 10:12-13 Christ, having offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, took His seat at God’s right hand and now waits until His enemies are made His footstool.

From these verses, it is made quite clear that Jesus does not Return in His glory until His enemies are ‘made His footstool’. That is they are punished and defeated. But it is ‘the Son of man’- that is: Jesus Himself who actually instigates this Day of vengeance. This fits perfectly with; Matthew 3:12 & Luke 3:16-17...the chaff He will burn on an unquenchable fire.

Psalm 18:7-15...He makes darkness His covering, hail and glowing coals go before Him.

But on that Day, He will be revealed to His people, those who believe and trust in His salvation.

Zechariah 9:14-16 The Lord will appear over them, His weapon will flash like lightning – He will save His people. Ezekiel 20:9-11 & 36

Isaiah 60:1-3 Over you the glory of the Lord has dawned, though darkness covers the earth, on you the Lord shines and over you His Glory will appear.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-10....the Day the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire, punishing the godless peoples, He will reveal His glory among all believers.

Luke 17:29-30 On the day Sodom was destroyed, fire and sulphur rained upon them and killed them all. It will be like that on the Day the Son of Man is revealed. Isaiah 24:23b

In Luke 4:18-19, At the commencement of His ministry, Jesus quoted only verse 1 and the first half of verse 2 of Isaiah 61:1-2. The second half is unfulfilled prophecy – ‘A Day of vengeance of our God and to comfort those who mourn’.

Many other prophecies confirm that this Day of vengeance and wrath is the next action of the Lord on the earth and as the rest of Isaiah 61:3-11 state, it is also the time He will ‘ comfort those who mourn’. That is: people who grieve for Christ’s death and trust in Him for their salvation.

Note that the Lord has blood stained clothes, then much later at His Return in glory, Revelation 19:13 He is ‘robed in garments dyed in blood’.

This proves that the Day of vengeance and wrath, is before His Return.

Isaiah 30:26 The sun will shine with 7 times its normal strength on the Day I save My people.

Habakkuk 3:12-13 Furiously You traverse the earth, in anger You trample down the nations. You go forth to save Your people, Your anointed ones. You shatter the house of the godless to its foundations.

Zechariah 10:5-6 Destruction of enemies, then restoration for the true believers of God.
Ref. REB. some verses abridged.

Then: more than 40 prophecies clearly state how His faithful Christian people will gather and settle in the new nation of Beulah. Isaiah 62:1-7, Romans 9:24-26

A nasty and untrue accusation.
You are a rejecter of Gods Word, seemingly incapable of understanding the Prophesies.
Psalm 94:1-24
O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongs; O God, to whom vengeance belongs, shew thyself. Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: repay the arrogant as they deserve, how long shall the wicked triumph? ......He will repay the wicked for their misdeeds. The Lord, our God will destroy them for their sins. 2 Thessalonians 1:6-10

Yes, you love the vengeance of the Lord, at least how you interpret it....which fundamentally boils down to payback.
If you didn't you wouldn't highlight it at every opportunity.

I'm surprised it hasn't dawned on you that the Prophets had no idea of Jesus of Nazareth and his methods. They interpreted God through their own limited understanding of God's character.....and now that you live post Jesus (who has revealed God's nature) and have exposure to the Glory of his person, (self sacrifice) you still choose to interpret God like a slave in Egypt ie, one who fears, is motivated by the whip and is tonguing for revenge.

Psalms 118:1-29 Lord, deliver us we pray. Lord grant us prosperity. In our time of trouble we will call upon the Lord, He will answer and give relief to us. With the Lord on our side, we will not be afraid, what can mortals do to us? With the Lord as our helper, we shall see the downfall of our enemies.

The godless nations surround us on every side, they swarm around like bees, they press against us and commence their attack, their weapons prepared like fire burning brushwood, but in the Lord’s name, they will be defeated. The Lord comes to help His people, He is their Deliverer.

This will be the Day the Lord takes action, a Day for us to rejoice and exult. Listen: shouts of triumph come from the camp of the victors! With God’s Right Hand, He does mighty deeds! His people will live to proclaim what the Lord has done, He will not surrender us to death.

The rock which the builders rejected has become the main corner stone. This is God’s doing, it is amazing in our sight.

Open to us the gates of victory, we will go in by them and praise the Lord, for He has answered us and He is our Deliverer. Let those who fear the Lord say: His love endures forever!

Ref: REB. Some verses abridged and paraphrased.

He will not surrender us to death’, All who call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Joel 2:32, Psalms 33:18-19, Acts 2:21 and we are told to take shelter and to be proactive for our own safety. Isaiah 26:20-21

This is the Day the Lord takes action’, The great Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath. Revelation 6:12-17, Zephaniah 3:8

Wrong again Kemosabe!

Bozrah is a lireral place. It also has a modern nam,e--Petra! It is where the Lord will send the Jews in Matt. 24:

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This occurs after the antichrist goes into the rebuilt temple and declares himself god as written in thess.

We see this fleeing written of again in Rev. 12:

Revelation 12

King James Version

12 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Isaiah 34:6
The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

Petra is where the Lord returns.

Isaiah 63:1-3

King James Version

63 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?
3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.

It is Petra where the worlds armies that were marshalled at Armageddon (the valley of Jezreel) march to destroy the remnant of Jews. Here is where the Lord fights and destroys the armies.

P{etra is in Edom, it is in the mouontains and in the wildrness and is already prepared by the Lord for Israel to flee Judea.

Also you forgot one enemy the Lord must defeat and according to your theory of His return, He will not come back until after the millenial kingdom

1 Corinthians 15:25-27

King James Version

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Jesus reign is on earth which we call the millenial kingdom.

Your geography is hopelessly confused and your beliefs about the end times events are wrong.
Jesus will reign on earth for a thousand years, and after that comes the GWT Judgment and only then, is anyone made immortal.

Oh well the moderators have to accept every weird expression of the person's "christian's belief." and leave it up to the individual person to accept or reject that member's weird imagination posts on this forum.

Daniel 12:19 tells us that a few people will know and understand the Prophesies. God is not going to say: Ha ha, you dummies - no one could figure out what My Prophets told you!
But it is understandable that only a few will know His Plans, as He cannot allow all and sundry to be aware and ready for the testing and trials to come.
Matthew 11:25-26, is a very telling scripture and is a fact, thru the age and now; as can be seen here and in the proliferation of weird and wonderful beliefs about our future.

The Jews as a nation missed the Messiah. Was God unclear or did they insist in interpreting the scriptures according to their own preconceptions?

The Jews insisted on doing things their way and still do. Their fate is virtual annihilation. Isaiah 22:14
With the Christian peoples, false teachings have been widely accepted. This leads to the Lord locking them into their delusions. Isaiah 29:9-12

But as the Lord wants, this next worldwide disaster, of a similar magnitude to what happened in the days of Noah, will come as a shock to everyone, me included. I don't know the Day, however; knowing what the Lord will use and its effects, at least I won't be so surprised and unprepared on that terrible Day.

If you noticed, in the OP and in #5, I repeat the Words of the real Prophets. I use other scriptures to help explain it and we also have today: the benefit of hindsight and modern knowledge.
The Jews are blinded and locked into their Judaism. More than half are atheists.

Soon, there is coming a huge change to the world.
Do you think we can just carry like we are, indefinitely?

The Jews quoted the Prophets also, so what?...... they missed their meaning and rationalised their logic also
The KEY is Jesus, and although you give lip service to him you don't use The Key and in so doing inevitably end up with a home grown interpretation......just like the Jews

Look at a map and find out I am correct.

It is your replacement theology and reinterpreting Scriptures that is wrong.

And I will let you find out for yourself when the church gets its immortal bodies

there is a resurrection 1000 years before the great white throne and they are also immortal for they are saved trib believers who were killed, just as is written by god.

I have been to those places and Petra is not Bosrah. None of those ancient places feature in the end times, they are just used as metaphors for the modern place of safety, Rev 12:14, and where the Christian peoples are now; in the sheepfold.
It is your replacement theology and reinterpreting Scriptures that is wrong.
We will soon see about this. Jesus will expect an apology from all who have rejected what the Prophets have said.
there is a resurrection 1000 years before the great white throne and they are also immortal for they are saved trib believers who were killed, just as is written by god.
Yes; those martyrs killed during the 42 month period of world Satanic control. will be resurrected, but not into immortality yet. Rev 20:6 says their second death will not affect their eventual receiving of immortality at the GWT Judgment.
The whole idea of anyone getting 'glorified bodies', or immortality before that final Judgment and the Book of Life opened, is false and cannot happen.
No, not all of us. Just those who have doctrines all to themselves that no one else in the world agrees with and believes. There are a number of lone wolves like that on this forum.
The Prophetic Word is right. I promote it and post against fables like the rapture to heaven and the AMill crazy belief.

Jesus gave us Revelation, plus many warnings like: Luke 21:25-26
I point them out and you reject them. Who uses the Key?
So you think you are using Jesus the Key to interpret scripture; specifically the OT you quote?
Perhaps you can explain the principles of how that Key is applied?

I didn't name any names, yet you figured out that you're one of the people I'm talking about. So, you admit to being a lone wolf who has a doctrine all to yourself that no one else in the world agrees with and believes. I personally wouldn't be comfortable with that because it means you are arrogant. I say that because I know God does not reveal truth to only one person. For you and these other lone wolves to believe that about yourselves shows just how highly you think of yourselves while thinking only you have it all figured out and no one else in the world does and it shows that you all need to humble yourselves.

I say that because I know God does not reveal truth to only one person
God revealed the truths of Salvation and of His Plans for mankind to the Prophets and by the teachings of Jesus.
I point out their Prophesies and Gods 7000 years Plan, as most Christians have no clue of what God has planned for our future.
We know very well how to obtain salvation and how we should live, but most do not even want to know about the Prophesies, or have accepted teachings that simply fail to have proper Biblical support.

If your criteria for an arrogant person is what I post on the forums, then people like Paul was exceedingly arrogant!
You only accuse me of being pushy and a know it all, because what I promote from scripture conflicts with your beliefs.
Try to get the picture that all the Prophets convey and see, as I do; the amazing Plan for mankind that will come to fruition when Jesus Returns and after His thousand year reign.
