It is still very confused. That was a typo. I edited it to correct it. I meant to say "ascended".
I don't get my understanding form the workings of man, see Psalms 118:8-9. I get my understanding from the Bible and an unction from the Holy Ghost, 1 John 2:20 (kjv). And also, long meditation on the concept of the Trinity for many years in my regular Bible reading/devotional times.Do you have any standard church history books, used in colleges and seminaries? If not, why are you so vocal about things you know nothing about?
Right. Book learnin aint necessary.............I don't get my understanding form the workings of man, see Psalms 118:8-9. I get my understanding from the Bible and an unction from the Holy Ghost, 1 John 2:20 (kjv). And also, long meditation on the concept of the Trinity for many years in my regular Bible reading/devotional times.
If you say so...It is still very confused.
As R.A. Torrey contemplated...a man of one Book will be wiser than a man of many books, if he masters that Book...Right. Book learnin aint necessary.............
You know absolutely nothing about this topic if you haven't studied the doctrine or it's history. If you say so...
I do not feel confused at all. I feel that I understand what it really is.
so I can take this as you cannot reproof what I posted?.yes no understanding. Have you ever bothered to ask God for teh truth??
Right, as though God didn't place teachers in the church. And history doesn't mean a thing. As R.A. Torrey contemplated...a man of one Book will be wiser than a man of many books, if he masters that Book...
As I have said before, I have studied the doctrine in the Bible, and am aware of what the creeds say on the subject. What more do I need? You know absolutely nothing about this topic if you haven't studied the doctrine or it's history.
You do not know what the bible says about the doctrine until you study the doctrine. As I have said before, I have studied the doctrine in the Bible, and am aware of what the creeds say on the subject. What more do I need?
Send me a link that contains the information you are espousing and I will look into it.
I didn't say that.Right, as though God didn't place teachers in the church. And history doesn't mean a thing.
I have studied the doctrine in the Bible. You do not know what the bible says about the doctrine until you study the doctrine.
You need to read the doctrine of the trinity before attacking it.I didn't say that.
Certainly, the reading of other books can accentuate your understanding...
You have not, unless you've studied the doctrine.I have studied the doctrine in the Bible.
I am not attacking the doctrine of the Trinity...I am giving an understanding of it that you don't like for some reason. You need to read the doctrine of the trinity before attacking it.
You are attacking the doctrine by teaching contrary to it. And this, never having studied the doctrine to begin with.I am not attacking the doctrine of the Trinity...I am giving an understanding of it that you don't like for some reason.
It's the difference between preaching a false Christ and the Christ of the bible. That doesn't make any sense...and it ain't the preaching of the Cross either, so don't even go there...
You don't even know what the doctrine says but you are studying it in the bible.....Accusations...I have studied the doctrine in the Bible, and am not teaching contrary to what it is in truth.
