Rainbow, an arch of colors formed in the sky in certain circumstances, caused by the refraction and dispersion of the sun's light by rain or other water droplets in the atmosphere.

If you didn't want to hear the answer that no rainbows are not a sign all is well in the land and rather wanted a discussion about Noah, then you should have posted that.ATP said:

It would be like me asking if everyone liked chocolate and when some one said I don't like chocolate I replied with a retort about waffles.

Look if you want to praise God on rainbows then simply state God makes awesome rainbows didn't he?
To which then, I can reply, yes he does great work.
