Most believers forget that Jesus is BOTH God and a man. People say Lord Lord because they want something from Him as God and even claim to have His righteousness without DOING what He did as a man. People want half a Jesus they prefer by disobeying Him.

Jesus says...why do you call me Lord and not DO as I did...obey Me????? Take on the form of a servant in the fear of God.

Many will say Lord we did a lot of the divine stuff...but Jesus will answer ...what about my human righteousness?...The part you were supposed to do!!! why did you ACT without human righteousness? MY human righteousness? My example?

We are to DO righteousness just as Jesus did. Righteousness is about DOING what is right and good in God's eyes.

Hearing God's word is useless without DOING as He says. No one enters the kingdom unless they DO the will of the Father.

People need to stop using Jesus as a religious idol.

Not every one that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven.

What’s your take on this verse. It seems to say the opposite of what you’re saying.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Jesus came to fulfill ALL righteousness. Both God's holy righteousness and human righteousness. Paul is talking about the connection to God here...the righteousness of faith that gets us translated into a walk in resurrection life. Unless Jesus died and was resurrected again He could not give us eternal life and victory over sin. Jesus came to make us like Him...having an intimacy with God. Paul is easy to misunderstand because he is speaking about holiness and glory......and the victory over sin that that entails. If you still sin, then you know nothing of this victory...and you need to repent from your blindness and humble yourself into God's mercy.

Silly question. The training of a saint involves going in and out of the Spirit. When IN the Spirit there is no sin. This is based on glory. When in the flesh (absent from the Lord) then the walk is based on OUR level of faithfulness. This is based on God's MERCY. All the ways of God are based on mercy AND truth.

And I have walked without sin for a period of 2 years in the past. I walked as an overcomer by being translated into the kingdom realm in Zion. Before that I only lasted a few days (18 years before that time) ...because I was SO SELFISH, I wanted my life back. Over the last 25 years I have been learning righteousness, since my failure in my second walk IN Christ ended because of my ignorance about how righteousness actually works.

Paul is speaking about righteousness as something already dual...he was not against the fear of the Lord or against humility. He wasn't trying to destroy human righteousness. He was talking about the law and righteousness according to temple holiness...obeying ALL the commandments of God. The Pharisees tried to obey the holiness laws...sacrifices, rituals, cleansings...in order to be righteous before God.

So the law Paul is speaking about is the law of Moses (not the law of God)...temple holiness...basically Judaism.

What modern believers ignore is that Paul was trying to stop Christians from becoming Jews...there were Judaizers that wanted believers to follow temple holiness laws.

You ignore the conditions of your verse. Galatians 2 is about being crucified with Christ and walking in HIS perfection and holiness.

So then if you are already walking in Christ's holiness and perfection why then go through the rituals in Judaism that were only a foreshadow of things to come? If you do bicycle races like the Tour De France....why go back to training wheels?

But you won't understand that. You need to DISCERN the body. The gift of one is for all. If you refuse my testimony then you will continue as always...but with condemnation because you shut your ears to the truth.

The problem is MANY , not this other sister lizbeth , but many follow another jesus all together now .
Now its easy for the sheep to see the difference between JESUS and a jesus .
Now both are gonna promise salvation .
BUT THE TRUE JESUS dont promise sin and salv ation , the other jesus , oh it will pander to the sin they so love .
Love cannot be seperated from obediance , anymore than love from the TRUTH .
A sheep has the love of GOD upon its heart . And that love PUTS GOD , CHRIST , FIRST .
YES , before mother , father , son , daughter , husband , wife or anythi ng .
AND it wont pander to SIN and accpetance of sin either .
IT is all about WHAT PLEASES GOD . And sin and lies DONT please GOD .
JESUS dont hold rain bows , he dont kiss korans for world peace and he dont
preach ecumiencal inclusive interfaith , WHICH DENIES THE FACT one has to BELIEVE ON HIM .

I don't think people realize that to reject an ambassador of Christ is to reject Christ. Inasmuch as you did it to the least of these my brethren, you did it to me. People read the bible like a book of wishful thinking but miss God at every turn. You can't reach a holy place through beliefs and imagination.

Yes and those are free gift given to us, we don’t, and in fact can’t, work to get them.

Christ in us, amen. But the fruit we have been given is immature in the beginning.....we need to be bringing our fruit to perfection. It needs to both increase and be ripened. We learn obedience through suffering, as Jesus went before us in that, our forerunner, setting the example and making the way. That is the price we pay. But all glory is to Him because what we were given is not of our own but is "of Him and through Him and to Him". In the parable of the talents what they started out with was not of their own, it had been given to them by their master to steward.

But here is another warning:

Mat 25:28-30

Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Yeah, I agree with that but I couldn't tell if you're saying you believe in Christ's righteousness and your own works, together, for salvation.

For we are HIS workman ship created unto good works .
For HE works in us that which is well pleasing unto GOD .
It is by FAITH in CHRIST JESUS my friend . but if our faith is in JESUS
and thus we have THE SPIRIT , we would not be following another jesus .
Many now follow another jesus my friend . And its one that will overlooks sins , will even call evil good and good evil
by means of its love , tolerance and acceptance of said sins and now even UNBELEIF .
Many are following ecumenical jesus and it has led them and is leading them all into the VERY broad and inclusive path
To what its love and it claims IS GOD and IS LOVE . IT is led them into sin and leads them into The greatest sin of all ,
DENIAL that one must BELIEVE ON JESUS as it hollers all religoins are serving the same God .
THEY are being led to the LIE and sadly many see this path of so called love and tolerance
as The LOVE of GOD . THEY have no idea to WHO and what It do lead them .

and tries to pull it all .
He will not first preach THE DIRE NECESSITY TO HAVE TO BELIEVE ON JESUS . in fact he of ten came after me
for doing just that . Guess preaching the dire need to BELIEVE on JESUS first and foremost
gets in HIS OWN WAY , cause he can pull the cart with the horse .
Not gonna bode well for epi. He should have preached FIRST the DIRE NECCESITY to BELIEVE ON JESUS .
cause without faith in CHRIST JESUS , NO man can please GOD .
Cornelious is also a real good example to show them all HOW dire it is TO BELIEVE ON JESUS to be saved .
Cause even cornelious had VERY good works . His prayers , his alms to the poor . VERY GOOD .
YET STILL HE HAD TO HEAR the gospel o JESUS CHRIST and BELIEVE to be saved .
SO i leave us with JESUS own words to his desciples when they so marveled at what he had said .
But LORD , said amazed and startled apostels , WHO then CAN be SAVED .
And JESUS said , with MAN this is .....................IMPOSSIBLE , but NOT WITH GOD .
And HERE is how GOD chose to save the world .
FOR IT pleased the Father that by preaching to save those who ..........................BELIEVE . EPI wont
and dont like that reminder to be said . HE calls it RELIGIOUS mumbo jumbo .

as IF epi . YOU attack those who actually REMIND all to BELEIVE ON JESUS CHRIST .
You often speak a lot of half truths . Meaning that while you can b ring some truths
YOU wont bring the one dire necessary TRUTH of all . THAT ONE MUST FIRST BELIEVE ON JESUS THE CHRIST
then by HIS SPIRIT they will walk as HE did . YOU WONT admit the fact that ONE has to BELIEVE ON JESUS FIRST .
And until you do , YOU my friend preach only a false gospel .

Amen. Paul had to contend with Jews trying to convert believers in Christ to Judaism. I don't have to contend with that. I do have to contend with people who use imaginary imagery to conjure up a scheme in which they think they understand Paul to mean God is trying to save their flesh.

And whatsoever is not of FAITH is SIN, so I don't see how our own human righteousness can please God. It couldn't, and this is why the new covenant was given.
