Yes!!! God's love for the His chosen Jewish people is eternal. "In those days ten men from every language of the nations shall grasp the sleeve of a Jewish man, saying, Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you" (Zech. 8:23). The saved remnant of Israel will be united in their love for God and serve Him with their whole heart.

Verse 27 was completely fulfilled, in the day of Jesus' first appearance. As any Gentile, the Jews must answer the
"calling" for all to repent towards God, through Jesus. For those who don't, they are forever lost, as any Gentile. John 3:18 applies.

28 Yes, God's "calling" is irrevocable, but to be "chosen", that is the receiving of Him who is Eternal Life. One must be born again of/by the Holy Spirit. IF NOT, whether Jew or Gentile, they are lost forever. Romans 8:8-9 applies!
