Its true that God is everywhere.
But that has nothing to do with God pre-determining everything, to BE....
I didn't say it did. I have never said such a thing, I don't believe such a thing. I have argued against that many, many times.

At the great white throne event depicted by Rev 20:11-15, certain people's
sins will determine their permanent afterlife circumstances; whereas
according to John 5:24 and Rom 6:14, certain people's sins won't determine
their permanent afterlife circumstances.

FAQ: How is it that certain people have a license to steal-- so to speak --
whereas others don't?

REPLY: When Jesus went to the cross; he didn't go alone. His followers went
with him as joint principals in his death so that when he was punished for
their sins, they were punished too. Thus their judgment was completed on
the cross whereas judgment for those other people will be completed
at the great white throne event whereby the lost won't be punished via
crucifixion, rather, via a mode of death akin to a foundry worker falling into
a kettle of molten iron.

FAQ: How might an interested sinner become one of those joint principals?

REPLY: By means of RSVP.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in
heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my
burden is light." (Matt 11:28-30)

Find some privacy, anywhere; even a restroom stall will do. Cover your face
with your hands. It will give you a sense of connection. And then speak up
under your breath and tell God you'd like to take advantage of His son's
death for your sins.

I must say after reading a few responses I am confused about the op.
is the op teaching sinlessnes

or is the op teaching the power of sin (the law) has no power over you (it can not condemn you hence it has no power)

The law does not define sin, That was not its purpose. The law was to EXPOSE sin, and show us that whoever sinned is guilty (cursed is the one who does not obey every word) and the means of atonement (the death of the innocent lamb)

The law did cause sin to increase, If we want to know how, we need just to look back to our childhood. When a parent said no, you can not have a cookie, what happened. We kept thinking of that cookie, Our flesh was tempted. And for this reason we kept thinking about it until we eventually broke our parent’s command and took the cookie. At that moment we were guilty,

So what happens. As fleshy people. We see this, and then we chose to excuse our sin. Taking this cookie did not hurt anyone, it was not bad. So is it really sin? And what we do is we categorize sin in our heart. If I kill someone. That is Definately sin, If I watch porn, or if I smoke, do drugs and drink. Those are bad sins. But If I take this thing which does not hurt anyone, I am ok..(steel) if I dishonor my parent by doing something that helps me, does not hurt anyone, then it is not really sin.

So I have watered down the law and convince myself that I keep it. When I do not, I have not. And I will not.

by removing the power of sin. I no longer have to focus on that sin, Because I am not trying to follow some law. I in turn can start to do what God said and seek after the things of the spirit. Which is to love everyone, including God.. unconditionally. And when I do this. I am putting their need above my own, and in this state we will not sin.

Now does this mean we will never sin again? Of course not. Who can love perfecty 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. We are told only one man accomplished this and this was Christ.

for the rest of Us. John gave us a warning

If we say we have no sin (present tense) we deceive ourselves and there is no truth in us

If we say we have never sinned, we Make him a liar,

When we do sin ( and we will) if we confess that sin….

James, in 5: 16 tells us to confess our tresspasses (sins) to one another. That we may be healed, (given victory over that sin.. instead of keeping our struggle to ourselves at which we will never find victory)

The law has been removed, Hence we are under grace not under law

When we do sin (and we will) we have a high priest at the right hand of God who apposed our accuser (our flesh accuses us, Satan accuses us, and even those around us may accuse us) he said I paid for that sin, You can not be condemned by it. So lets discuss what we can do to get you to overcome the times you feel you need to commit that sin, so you can have victory over that particular sin.

You see under law. When you sinned, You had to find an animal who would pay the debt of that sin to God or else you could not be forgiven.

There are no more sacrifices because the debt has paid in full (tetelestia - it is finished or paid in full)

praise God and the cross.

See, reading verses, does not help you. Its studying the word that is the way you get God's knowledge...... So, What helps you, is to get the revelation that is found in the verse., as that is how God ENLIGHTENS your inner spiritual eyes. So, what i do, is reveal the verses, but usually not post them. And what happens is... If you read me carefully, and study your bible, then what ive taught you, is going to make verses come alive when you read them.
Just as I charged yu in another thread: You do think you are some special teacher with special revelation. You are a wordsmith to hide the fact you believe you are above the brethren in your secret knoweldge!

How do you fit your head out double doors?

God Himself "who is A Spirit" performs the "new Birth".

Its God who Births the BELIEVER, spiritually......= as born again.

So, where is God located?
Where is Christ right now "seated on the right hand of God?

Do you think God and Christ are in Texas, or maybe in London?

Jesus said...."I AM from above, and you are from below'.

So, God who is "on High" who "sits above the circle of the earth", is most certainly "above".

In fact, even unbelievers know that HEAVEN is "up there".

God and Christ are in fact "up there" and also, down here indwelling all the born again, who have become "the Temple of the Holy Spirit".

1.) "God is A Spirit
2.) " Christ is THAT Spirit".
Here is your error! Take it or leave it.
You believe when one is born again…’the word is actually born from above which throws your whole premise off…

But even if one is born again they still sin… this was covered in 1 John.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”
Truthnightmare is correct. Consider this concerning 1 John 1:8:

There is no denying that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. 1 John 5:6 states that the Spirit is the truth (see also John 14:17, 15:26, and 16:13 where the Holy Spirit is called "the Spirit of Truth.").

As Truthnightmare points out, John makes it clear that Christians sin in 1 John 1:1:8, "If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us." (Nas95). So those who say they have no sin do not have "the Truth" (that is they do not the Holy Spirit) in them; they are not in fact born again. Those who are born again do have the Spirit of truth in them and by virtue of the presence of the Spirit they recognize their sinfulness and regularly confess their sins to God (1 John 5:9).

Some food for thought.
