I don't understand the terminologies.
There is a video where he explains exactly who he is, and what authority he holds in the USA.

Looks like Fouci may be going to the gallows.
Maybe someone can help me understand the legal mumbo jumbo about maritime laws and vessels. I know it has something to do with birth certificates and citizenry.
He claims and shows proof of his title as Post Master General.
This is the highest title of the land.
In 1999? our country came out from bankruptcy and by so doing, the US Constitution was expired. Since that time we have been living under an illusionary government which has no authority over the people.
There is so much more, but I have limited brain cells and education.
