“10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep."
John 10:10-13 KJV
You wouldn't want to be the hireling would you, of course not. From my reading of the above, it seems that God desires that we care for the sheep. Caring means sympathy, empathy, concern for those in the world suffering because of the sin, confusion, chaos and ugliness that surrounds them. It's got nothing to do with your selective reasoning and trying to score points over another poster because of a remark he made that you saw as an opportunity to exalt yourself over him. Get over yourself.
John 10:10-13 KJV
No no, not at all. Only the obnoxious and arrogant ones.Oh I see... those that don't lock step agree with your point of view.... are "arrogant" and "obnoxious"
