I would not put some of these individuals past purposely blurring the lines and using vague language so that those with Bibles could very well be persecuted. It's quite ridiculous in the sheer amount of hypocrisy in the action that is being taken here. Particularly from the groups that supposedly advocate "free speech" and "civil rights."

I did some research on it after I was given the link and it was renamed to Bill C-250. It was passed:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_C-250The language in this bill was better, but still vague because religios reasons can be taught, but must be done so in what is deemed "good faith." Funny how we never really heard about it here in the American media, eh?
