So something I've learned is that there is a subconscious problem if one is constantly in fight or flight mode and cortisol high. Your brain alarms you when something is wrong, but your nervous system needs to realize to let go when your not in survival mode. This effects every aspect of your body. You have to go back to safe mode. When your not stress you tap into your creative mind and release healthy chemicals in the body. The subconscious brain has no memories. One has to emotionally regulate and if you have been in an environment where that is not accepted it contributes to the problems. When it is rejected we xmcan fall prey into accepting false beliefs and also false beliefs about ourselves if we aren't careful. I think this goes back to spiritual warfare and self talk and renewing our minds. We have ti reset our system by repetition everyday. The enemy lies to us and attacks us. I don't mean for my topic post on this forum to be long winded. I'm just seeking help from believers from the attacks I've had and even nerve surgery failure. If a car breaks down and you don't know how to fix it you havevto get help and from honest people. I have to imagine it getting better and how that would feel. The lies say not to. I can't go through this alone. I need hope. Thank you for reading. I know the world doesn't revolve around me. I just need Christian friends

Yes. I was in two car wrecks a few yrs ago and a year ago. A lady ran a red light. So my prayer is I get counseling that my parents be open to it. I encourage you guys to post things your going through in the prayer group so we can pray more specifically for eachother. ♡

I just thought about deliverance ministry. Does anyone know if one I can get involved in? Why do we go to church to just check it off our box list. Aren't we supposed to be ministering to each other. The world says there is no God, there are no demons. We all are dealing with stuff daily we aren't aware of. Thank u for all of the messages I am really meditating on them. Trying to listen to good worship music. One thing I remember is my grandpa. He had diabetes and struggled with depression. I know medication can help chemicals in our brains. He also hallucinationed alot. He was on 17 pills a day that doctors put him on. He lost 100 lbs and got off his diabetes medication which added years to his life, but I always known him to be depressed to the point he never smiled and always hung his head low. I remember him telling me about an experience he had so I felt I could relate, but I hated how he never smiled or laughed and felt bad for him. He was a Christian. Maybe it has something to do with it. I don't know. I just know it's a battle we all are facing. I'm exhausted. I know that I did not have this issue because of a lack of sleep. I have this issue therefore I have a lack of sleep. I slept like a baby and was well rested then last night I don't know what happened I just could not sleep. I didn't even get 10 min. I know that is not good. Sleep is important for mental health. anywho just trying to figure things out and be more aware of things. I never listened to the band or song incubus. I didn't even know what it meant. So the fact I heard unchristians always talking about it around me makes me wonder what the world happened. So I'm trying to find healing and some sort of deliverance ministry. There should be one for every church. If anyone knows of any you tube or anything that is biblically sound please let me know. My nervous system also needs to heal. A lot of my problems are nuerological. This is kind of a mystery to doctors.

How about a Jesus ministry?

The Bible says to meet with one another, especially because for strengthening, encouraging, and edifying one another in the end times.

I'm a big believer in spiritual milk first. Focusing on miracles and supernatural things shouldn't be the primary focus. The primary focus is the revelation of Jesus Christ and sharing the gospel, and focusing on living a pure life and building up others.

God is the key holder.

Whatever he does spiritually, is within His own will. We just have to follow Him the "normal" way. That's first and foremost.

If you get the priorities switched around, it can cause problems.

I decided to take some psychological meds. To help. They want me to stay in a building ward? To make sure I don't have any negative side effects. Thar way if something happens there is assistance. Sounds like a great idea. Not so much. I was sleeping on the floor in a cold room. I just got switched into a room with a bed. Might night tech is transfgeder man. Who goes by she. I share a bathroom and shower with two strange men. People get aggressive and cuss and there are poor feeble women workers. No male security guards. Every two seconds something crazy is happening and I gotta get sleep. I could just use a miracle. That my meds don't have bad side effects abd that I keep my food down and stay out of harms way. I don't think it's proper for the men to share my shower and bathroom and everything is chaotic and the trans man is new so he doesn't know what he is doing. I hope he stays out of my room. I just got my phone for now. So I decided to ask for prayers. I'm going to get ready for bed. I got to get up early. Thanks

Today is going well. People have been ice to me and I had the opportunity to give a girl a prayer holiness number and talk to her for a bit about how I will pray for her. She was considering suicide. Very sweet girl. Made me sad. If anyone wants the number I'll post it here.

I think I am leaving the psych soon. These places are a mess. They forgot to give me my meds and I the old creepy man with black teeth that is the one I share a shower/bathroom with just asked me if I want to hook up with him and that we should be good friends if not and see where things lead. Gag. This place is horrible and ants are on my bead spread

Thank you. I left after the old guy I shared a shower with asked me to hook up with him. I felt so violated there. They also forgot my meds and lunch. I'm at home now. Thank goodness. One day at a time.

I experienced this once before when I was 18. I called upon the name of Jesus, only in my mind as I could not move at all, and just like that it was over. I was not yet a believer at that time. Since becoming a christian I never had the issue.
