I liked the analogy of Jesus being invited into the car of his/her life.
1. The back seat stage
2. The front seat stage
3. The driver's seat stage
The back seat stage
Jesus is invited into ones life.
He's not in total control, but He is welcome to be there.
The front seat stage
Jesus is invited into the front seat.
More influence is welcome.
The driver's seat stage
The driver surrenders the driver's seat.
Now Jesus is allowed to drive.
