Strange happening the other day

I was going for my walks early in the morning and I was approaching a bush that was about chest high. I saw a puff of steam coming from behind the bush. When I walked to see who was there (because it reminded me of someone breathing out in the cool air) there was no one there.

I started wondering if it was the rats that live in the bush. Seemed like a lot of steam though for a couple rats breathing.
